Lovingly restored and beautifully modernised, this exceptional home retains the charm of its traditional architecture while offering all the style, comfort and space expected from a high-end holiday retreat.

Designed with families and groups of friends in mind, Casa del Mare comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, providing a peaceful and private setting just a few hundred metres from the sea.

Set across three spacious floors, the villa features five beautifully appointed king-size bedrooms. Four are located on the first floor, while the fifth enjoys additional privacy on the lower ground level. Two bedrooms benefit from elegant en-suite bathrooms, complemented by a stylish family bathroom. Throughout the villa, tasteful interiors, natural light and modern comforts create a welcoming atmosphere, with air conditioning included throughout for year-round comfort.
