It’s an excellent base for exploring the island, whether you want to hike the trails of Mount Ainos National Park or take a short drive to nearby attractions like the picturesque village of Assos or the famous Myrtos Beach. Lourdas offers a peaceful retreat while still being connected to the natural and cultural wonders of Kefalonia.

Hodnocení

Overall an excellent place to stay thoroughly recommend.

This is an excellent two bed Villa with a lovely pool and grounds, close to a few taverna’s, mini market and a great bakery. The Villa is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to beaches both by car which I would recommend hiring. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen excellent (even has a toaster!) Small downside the bathroom is small with an over bath shower which has a large fixed glass screen. This leaves a small gap to get in and out of the bath which being a larger adult awaiting a hip replacement made it exceedingly difficult and painful to use. However for normal slim able bodied adults there are no issues. Ideally an ensuite walk in shower would have been bliss (or me loosing some weight and not having a dodgy hip!! Overall an excellent place to stay thoroughly recommend.
