Xenia House je krásný prázdninový byt k pronájmu s jednou ložnicí, centrálně umístěný v oblíbené čtvrti v městečku Gaios na ostrově Paxos, s klimatizací, krásnou přední terasou, v těsné blízkosti místní občanské vybavenosti a pláží Gianas (300 m) a Plakes. (650 m).

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.

A little house with a beautiful wiew

Xenia is very warm and friendly. The house has everything is necessary and is very, very clean. We stay very well enjoying the big and pretty terrace that has a wonderful view on Gaios old port. Gaios is pretty too and is full of beaches, tavernas, and a gorgeous fiordo. Thank you, Xenia

Amazing property

We loved every minute of our stay in Xenia House. It is small(perfect for two) but brilliant and amazingly located, central but quiet, also I think the best stocked rental we ever stayed in. It was beautifully clean as well. We loved the outdoor space and spent most of our time sitting there. We'd love to visit again.

Paxos home from home

The owner was there to welcome us to our accommodation and show us around. First impression was how clean and bright the apartment was. There were little pieces of art around the house and the terrace to make it more like home. A well stocked kitchen and comfortable terrace furniture were very much appreciated. It was very convenient for the town and beach and I would recommend it 100
