Eingebettet in den Hang eines Hügels mit Blick auf die Bucht von Toroneos in einer grünen, grünen und ruhigen Umgebung, abgelegen, aber in der Nähe des örtlichen Strandes und aller Annehmlichkeiten. Es bietet eine herrliche Aussicht, bei der Sie stundenlang faulenzen können und den strahlend blauen Himmel beobachten, der sich perfekt mit dem schillernden blauen Meer vermischt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der mittleren Etage und verfügt über eine eigene Dusche. das zweite ist ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss.

Der glitzernde Solarpool (auf Anfrage extra beheizt) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss; Es ist über 2-3 Stufen zugänglich und mit allen Einrichtungen zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach zum Entspannen bei einem Getränk oder einer Kleinigkeit im nahe gelegenen externen Essbereich ausgestattet.
Ein weiterer beheizter Innenpool ist ebenfalls verfügbar (gebührenpflichtig)

Nestled on the slope of a hill overlooking the Toroneos Bay in a green, peaceful environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers a magnificent view where you can lounge for hours and watch the radiant blue sky perfectly blending with the shimmering blue sea.

Villa Sunny Hanioti features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and can accommodate 4-5 guests in two double rooms and one twin room. The master bedroom is located on the middle floor and has its own shower. The second is a twin bedroom with two single beds on the top floor. The charming kitchen is fully equipped and located next to the modern-designed living room with a fireplace and a sofa that can turn into a single bed. The three levels are connected by an indoor staircase and offer breathtaking views of the open sea.
