Die Villa Anthoulis ist eine typisch zypriotische Villa in einem abgelegenen Olivenhain oberhalb von Latchi Zypern, mit herrlichem Meerblick und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Dies ist ein idealer Ort für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von sechs Personen, die dem Alltag entfliehen und den privaten großen Pool, die gepflegten Gärten und die natürliche Ruhe der unberührten zypriotischen Landschaft genießen möchten. Villa Anthoulis ist ein Anwesen mit drei Schlafzimmern auf einer Ebene mit Blick auf das Meer an der Vorderseite der Villa und den grünen, grünen umliegenden Hügeln auf der Rückseite. Es ist durch ein Außentor zugänglich, das zu einem kurzen Weg zur Villa und zum privaten Parkplatz führt. Es besteht aus einer offenen, modernen Küche, einem geräumigen Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Balkontüren, die auf die Poolterrasse und einen überdachten Balkon mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten führen. Alle Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und geräumig, mit herrlicher Aussicht und sie sind alle voll klimatisiert. (Klimaanlage wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt). Es gibt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Duschbad und zwei Zweibettzimmer, die sich eine Familiendusche/WC teilen. Der große private Pool mit seitlichem Billardtisch befindet sich an der Vorderseite des Hauses, umgeben von gepflegten Gärten, Pflanzen und großzügigen Terrassen zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach nur zum Entspannen. Wenn Sie auf den vorderen Terrassen sitzen, ist die Aussicht auf das offene Meer einfach fantastisch, die Privatsphäre außergewöhnlich und die Lage perfekt zum Wandern oder Spazierengehen bis hinunter zum Latchi-Strand durch die Oliven- und Orangenhaine der Landschaft.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!
Latchi offers an amazing choice of high-standard accommodation, like luxurious villas and apartments, and has a good selection of delicious fish restaurants along the marina, beach bars and cafeterias as well as supermarkets, souvenir and gift-shops.
There are additional facilities available, like rentals of cars and boats, mini-cruises, water sports, banks, everything a demanding visitor could ask for!
But above all, it offers the serenity and peace a proper heavenly get-away resort should have!

Wynajmowaliśmy tę willę przez 7 dni i wszystko było naprawdę bardzo dobrze.W każdej sypialni znajduje się klimatyzacja. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, z których można było korzystać przez cały pobyt – zaczynając od proszku do prania, a kończąc na siatce do grilla.W trakcie naszego pobytu raz odbyło się sprzątanie domu oraz raz czyszczenie basenu.Widoki są przepiękne – widać morze, a podczas zachodu słońca można usiąść na tarasie i podziwiać naprawdę wyjątkowy krajobraz.Woda w basenie była bardzo przyjemna, a przy basenie znajduje się również prysznic.Podczas pobytu spotkaliśmy także wiele zwierząt, takich jak jeże, koty czy jaszczurki (zarówno małe, jak i duże ).To naprawdę bardzo przyjemne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek. Najbliższa plaża znajduje się około 5-8 minut jazdy samochodem od willi.Jedyną rzeczą, na którą warto zwrócić uwagę, jest dojazd. Do willi prowadzi kilka dróg i najlepiej wybrać te od strony miasta Latchi. Są dwie główne opcje – jedna droga jest w całości asfaltowa, druga natomiast jest połączeniem drogi asfaltowej i odcinka z kamieniami.Nie traktujemy tego jako minusa willi, ponieważ dodatkowe 10–15 minut dojazdu nie stanowi problemu, a w zamian można cieszyć się ciszą, spokojem i pięknym otoczeniem. (EN: We rented this villa for seven days, and everything was truly excellent. Every bedroom is air-conditioned. We had everything we needed at our disposal throughout our stay—from laundry detergent to a barbecue grill. During our visit, the house was cleaned once, and the pool was serviced once as well. The views are stunning; you can see the sea, and at sunset, you can sit on the terrace and admire a truly unique landscape. The pool water was very pleasant, and there is also a shower by the poolside. We also encountered plenty of wildlife during our stay, such as hedgehogs, cats, and lizards (both small and large 😊). It is a truly delightful place for a peaceful getaway. The nearest beach is about a 5–8 minute drive from the villa. The only thing worth noting is the access route. There are several roads leading to the villa, and it is best to choose the ones coming from the direction of Latchi. There are two main options: one road is paved the entire way, while the other is a mix of pavement and a gravel/stony section. We don't view this as a downside, however, as the extra 10–15 minutes of driving is no trouble at all—and in return, you get to enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful surroundings.)
