Casa muito simpática num zona típica e pouco turística mas cheia de alma.Adoramos conhecer o restaurante do Michaelis, que prepara uns petiscos típicos maravilhoso; também valorizamos a existência de uma mercearia local onde era possível encontrar tudo o que precisávamos. Povoação muito atenciosa e prestativas. Os donos da casa receberam-nos muito bem e a senhora da limpeza foi super dedicada levando-nos pão feito em forno de lenha, tomates e figos da sua horta. Adoramos a experiência ! (EN: A very charming house in a typical, authentic area that isn't overrun by tourists but is full of soul. We loved discovering Michaelis's restaurant, which serves wonderful traditional snacks; we also appreciated having a local grocery store nearby where we could find everything we needed. The locals were very attentive and helpful. The owners welcomed us warmly, and the housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful, bringing us wood-fired oven bread, tomatoes, and figs from her garden. We loved the experience!)

Villa Eftyhia sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is however a possibility to accommodate one extra child on request.

The property resides in 260 square metres of space and over 8sq-km of land. The property has been reported to be ideal for children and it benefits from having a private garden.

General Information

Acharavi is a large bustling resort situated in the northern part of Corfu. Alymiros beach is located between Agios Spiridon and central Achravi and is known for its calmer long sandy shoreline, eventually connecting to the main Acharavi beach. It is possible to take a long stroll along the 9km beachfront between Almiros and Acharavi.
It comprises a main road (the commercial centre of the North) with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a bank. Leading off the main road various side roads end up to the beach, which is just around 10 minutes walk Please visit the Acharavi Folklore Museum where the local history of the area is exhibited and historical mementoes, photographs and drawings can be viewed or purchased. The museum is a sure way of linking the past to present-day Corfu.
Acharavi is established as one of the top resorts on the Northern side of Corfu and is particularly suited to both couples and families due to the wonderful beach and wide range of facilities provided. Just a short drive away from the main attractions Acharavi are the Canal D'Amour in Sidari, and the resorts of Roda and Agios Spiridon,

It is around a 40km drive from the airport and takes about an hour to the centre. The scenery en route is simply stunning and totally unforgettable as you wind your way through natural gorges, olive groves to view the North of the island in its full natural glory.

The roundabout in the centre of Acharavi is called “The Pump”, named after the" Old Village Pump".
A road leads upwards from the roundabout into the old village of Acharavi. This is often missed, but well worth a stroll as you are able to view the more traditional aspects of the resort with a few more bars dotted throughout and local restaurants and tavernas by the wayside, older more traditional buildings can also be found to marvel at the ancient architecture untouched by time.

By continuing on the main road and turning up towards the villages of Episkepi and Sgourades, branching up to Strinillas and Petalia, Passing through many typically traditional villages and admiring nature along the way, eventually driving up the steep final hill to eventually reach the peak of the renowned Mount Pantokrator, the largest peak on the island. At the Peak, stop for refreshments at the coffee bar, and view the island from all facets, or visit the Holy Monastery of Pantokrator(skirts are required for Ladies) nestling in the grounds of the Summit. Many villages and towns of Albania can also be viewed from the top. Cameras are an unforgettable must!

By continuing on past Sgourades, heading downwards, you will reach the picturesque Spartillas eventually reaching the coast road leading to the North East Coast, turning right towards Corfu Town and left towards Barbati, Nissaki, Kassiopi and eventually Acharavi.

Nous étions 2 familles de 8 personnes au total. La maison est impeccable. Très bien située. Avec tout le nécessaire en arrivant qui est bien agréable. Dans un joli petit village et ses chaleureux habitants et commerçants. Un grand merci particulièrement à Irène, la dame de ménage qui a été très accueillante et nous a amené des petites gourmandises. Nous recommandant à 100% (EN: We were two families, totaling eight people. The house is spotless and very well located. It was lovely to find all the essentials provided upon arrival. It is situated in a charming little village with welcoming residents and shopkeepers. A huge thank you, in particular, to Irène, the housekeeper; she was very welcoming and even brought us some tasty treats. We recommend it 100%.)

A beautiful villa!

Piekna willa, mam wrazenie, ze nie zrobiona na wynajm tylko na potrzeby gospodarzy a nastepnie dopiero udostepniona. Stół do tenisa stolowego pozwala aktywnie spedzić wieczory. Sypialnie przestronne, kazda z wydajną klimatyzacją. Kuchnia w pelni wyposazona. Z licznych tarasóŵ piękny widok na morze., fajny salon. Slaby internet. Oczywiscie niezbedny samochod do wypraw nad morze. Najblzsza plaza w miejscowosci Roda nie zachwycila, jednak trochę dalej plaze sa juz w pelni satysfakcjonujące. Dom usytuowany w małej miejscowosci. Mieszkańcy tej miejscowości bardzo serdeczni okazujacy na kazdym kroku życzliwośc. Mimo, ze willa jest do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości pojawiala sie tam bardzo miła Pani, ktora sie nami "opiekowala". Przywitala nas m.in. butelkami pysznego wina, podarowala pyszna oliwę i miejscowe przepyszne warzywa, wystarczylo dokupić fetę i wychodzila.super sałatka grecka. Jeszcze raz bardzo gorąco dziękujemy za gościnę! (EN: A beautiful villa; I get the impression it wasn't built specifically for rentals but rather for the owners' own use, and only later made available to others. The table tennis table allows for active evenings. The bedrooms are spacious, each with effective air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a lovely sea view from the numerous terraces, and the living room is great. The internet connection was poor. Naturally, a car is essential for trips to the seaside. The nearest beach in the town of Roda didn't impress us, but the beaches a bit further away were completely satisfying. The house is situated in a small village where the locals are very warm and show kindness at every turn. Although the villa is for the guests' exclusive use, a very nice lady would stop by to "look after" us. She welcomed us with bottles of delicious wine, among other things, and gifted us tasty olive oil and delicious local vegetables—we just had to buy some feta cheese to make a fantastic Greek salad. Once again, a huge thank you for the hospitality!)

I can highly recommend this villa!

Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es war makellos sauber und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen – es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Der Ausblick war einfach perfekt und die ruhige, schöne Umgebung hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wunderbar entspannen konnten. Besonders der Außenbereich mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen war ein Highlight für uns, und wir haben die lauen Abende draußen sehr genossen. Auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vor Ort war herausragend.Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder. (EN: We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this house. It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings left nothing to be desired; everything had truly been thought of. The view was simply perfect and the peaceful, beautiful surroundings contributed to our wonderful relaxation. The outdoor area, especially with its barbecue facilities, was a highlight for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the balmy evenings outside. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were also outstanding. I can highly recommend this villa, and we would love to come back.)
