Wat een geweldig huis is dit. Souterrain met daarin drie ruime slaapkamers en een volledige badkamer. Begane grond met woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken en toilet. Verdieping met grote slaapkamer, badkamer en balkon met formidabel uitzicht.Buiten genoeg (ook overdekte) zit mogelijkheden. Fantastisch (onverwarmd en in oktober fris) zwembad, heerlijk om baantjes te trekken, goed toegankelijk en aflopend 1,5 tot 1 meter diep. Maar bovenal de service, wat fantastisch was dat. Alles werd geregeld, communicatie liep enorm soepel en er werd altijd supersnel gereageerd. Ook toen er iets (eigen schuld!!) aan de hand was werd dit enorm snel opgelost. Ook de persoonlijke touch (in de vorm van een zelfgebakken cake, koekjes, een fles wijn en water, olijfolie en balsamico azijn) werd enorm gewaardeerd.We zouden hier heel graag terugkomen! Everything was taken care of, communication was incredibly smooth, and there was always a super-fast response. Even when something went wrong (our own fault!!), it was resolved incredibly quickly. The personal touch (in the form of homemade cake, cookies, a bottle of wine and water, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar) was also greatly appreciated. We would love to come back! Thanks for the wonderful time! (A car is necessary, but then everything is very close!))

Modernly finished and cleverly designed, Villa Senses can sleep up to 8/9 guests in 4 bedrooms and is fully air-conditioned. Due to its excellent location, attention to detail, extensive private gardens with a swimming pool, airy interiors, this property is the perfect choice for a large family or a group of friends looking for a genuinely Corfiot holiday yet in easy reach of the sea, Corfu Town and the airport. Without forgetting an unbeatable value for money!

Layout

The villa is set over three floors to take advantage of the living space and the fantastic views. An attractive iron gate leads to the private parking area. The main living area is on the middle floor. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a nicely decorated lounge (extra sofa bed for the 9th guest) with a log fire, and patio doors opening to the front veranda and pool area (offering great views), a WC. An interior staircase leads to the upper level, onto the sea-facing main bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The main bedroom also has direct access to a private terrace with unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. Three bedrooms are located on the lower floor and are accessible via a staircase from the lounge. They are respectively two doubles and a twin, sharing a family bathroom. Two bedrooms have further direct access via patio doors to the outside, with a staircase leading directly to the pool area. For the comfort of our guests, the interiors of the villa are fully air-conditioned.

Outside terraces and pool

The lovely, private swimming pool is within well-cared gardens with a lawn. It measures 9 X 4 m and has comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool faces east towards the sea and attracts sun all day long, with beautiful views: it is the perfect spot to enjoy long, warm days under the shining Corfiot sun. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a poolside pergola with barbecue is available: dining with the twinkling lights of Corfu Town in the background will be a true dream!

The area is charming, unobstructed, quiet, and densely populated with olive trees, just a 5-minute drive from all local facilities and the famous Marina of Gouvia.

General Information

Gouvia is a fully developed tourist resort, set at the back of a picturesque bay and it is ideal for couples, families or for those ones who feel promising days relaxing on the beach, fun and unforgettable nights in one of the many restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Gouvia is located only 8 kms away from Corfu International airport and it used to be a small fishing village before the famous Marina was established, as the place has a strong seafaring history going back to its days as a Venetian naval base.

Except the Marina, Gouvia offers a large variety of Hotels, apartments, villas of all types, restaurants, tavernas and bars.

The beach is pebbly and houses all the categories of water sports, boat hire and daily trips to the North of the island.

The calmness of the day and the lively atmosphere of the night in Gouvia, both combined with a feeling of cozziness, can only promise a memorable holiday in this beautiful and cosmopolitan Corfiot spot.

This was our second stay here and feels like a home away from home. Beautiful views, clean and comfy house, the pool was lovely and refreshing. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We love staying here, it’s so peaceful, and hope to come back again soon!

The villa was perfect. Very nice and clean place. The swimming pool - perfectly clean! Very nice welcome and perfect instructions. I recommended 100 to everyone. For sure will return again.
