La Maison sur les Rochers se niche littéralement « sur les rochers » surplombant la pittoresque plage de Kaminaki, d'où son nom évocateur. Cette propriété moderne et luxueuse offre une intimité totale. Aménagée sur deux niveaux, elle peut accueillir confortablement une famille ou un groupe jusqu'à six personnes, qui profiteront de trois grandes chambres, trois salles de bains et une piscine privée semi-circulaire à débordement de 10 m x 6 m.

Niveau supérieur
 Un chemin privé en pierre mène à l'étage de cette charmante villa. De jolies fleurs bordent le chemin et l'entrée. Cet étage comprend un salon s'ouvrant sur une terrasse ombragée avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas, une chambre double et une chambre à deux lits (chacune avec balcon privé face à la mer), ainsi que deux salles de bains situées en face des chambres. L'une est une salle de bains, l'autre une salle d'eau. (Le salon est climatisé).
En plus de ce qui précède, une spectaculaire terrasse sur le toit, accessible par un escalier extérieur indépendant, se situe sur le toit gauche de la villa. Elle est aménagée pour bronzer et offre une vue imprenable sur le sud et la mer Ionienne.

Niveau inférieur, piscine et terrasses
 Un escalier intérieur en bois relie le salon à l'étage au second salon du rez-de-chaussée et à une chambre double avec salle de bains privative. Ces deux pièces donnent directement sur la piscine à débordement semi-circulaire, qui domine la vue sur la mer. Cette piscine unique semble suspendue à la terrasse de la maison.

Sur le côté gauche de la villa principale, le propriétaire a aménagé avec élégance une seconde terrasse en pierre, couverte et isolée, accessible par une petite passerelle en bois, pour un moment de détente et de liberté supplémentaires. L'espace évoque un petit bar avec un réfrigérateur pour garder les boissons à portée de main.

Enfin, au niveau de la piscine, sur le côté droit de la villa, se trouve un espace barbecue aménagé avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour en profiter pleinement.

L'emplacement
 Outre son atmosphère luxueuse, la House on the Rocks bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, à l'écart de l'agitation tout en étant à proximité immédiate des plages les plus prisées, telles qu'Agni, Kaminaki, Krouzeri et Nisaki, ainsi que des stations balnéaires comme Kalami, Kassiopi et Barbati, toutes accessibles en quelques minutes de voiture. General Information

Kaminaki is tiny coastal settlement in the ever-popular region of Nisaki  ,attractive for its pebbly beach and beautiful coastline,  This area is known for its captivating natural beauty.  Sunbathe, swim, or snorkel uncovering local fish on the small simple but blissfully crystal clear shimmering sea or just explore the rocky coast. Lazily taste traditional local specialities from the two waterfront family run tavernas.
Should you prefer a larger more organized beach, follow the  coastal footpath at the left end of the Beach you will arrive at Krouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away, with sunbeds, umbrellas for hire and an excellent local taverna serving the catches of the day.

A pre-booked hire car is recommended, but a simple self-drive motorboat can be hired locally if you are wishing to explore the idyllic North East Corfu coastline to uncover tiny beaches and bays.
Winding your way through the olive groves or scaling the extremely steep road to the top of the hill can be an unforgettable adventure, elevated views of the coastline can be viewed if you reach the top! Local Supermarkets in Nissaki can deliver produce conveniently to the properties in Kaminaki.

Finally, for sports enthusiasts a registered water sports centre is available near the beach professionally run by Dimitris and his staff.

one of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in

House on the Rocks is one of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. The view is breathtaking, ever-changing and mesmerising. The house has everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. We did not hire a car and were able to walk to local tavernas and shops. Would highly recommend Zanzzi for cocktails and snacks and Vitamins for dinner. Also, do not miss Aphrodite’s tzatziki in the supermarket! We would highly recommend House on the Rocks for peace and total relaxation. Only minor negative is the very minimal WiFi service so don’t plan to do any work while you are there - maybe a good thing!

Wonderful home in a perfect location

Wonderful home in a perfect location. The views from the patio are outstanding. I could spend an entire day simply look out over the ocean. The privacy around the pool was much appreciated. A perfect getaway for a romantic stay.

7 wonderful days

Wir haben 7 tolle Tage im House on the Rocks verbracht. Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz und unsere drei Kinder haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv möchte ich den super freundlichen Reinigungsservice hervorheben. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Der Blick von den Terrassen und vom Pool sind uns am eindrucksvollsten in Erinnerung geblieben. Man blickt über Olivenbäume hinweg auf das Mittelmeer. Es ist Entspannung pur. Die Lage der Villa sorgt dafür, dass man nichts von Nachbarn und kaum etwas von der Straße hört. Der Weg an den Strand ist abenteuerlich, dafür aber Recht kurz. Man muss aber kleine Pfade über Steine und losen Untergrund laufen können. Für uns war es kein Problem und wir haben die kleine Bucht sehr genossen.Unsere Kinder wollen hierdefinitiv wieder Urlaub machen und wir auch. I would like to particularly highlight the super-friendly cleaning service; we hadn't expected that. The view from the terraces and the pool is what we remember most impressively. You look out over olive trees to the Mediterranean. It's pure relaxation. The location of the villa ensures that you don't hear any neighbors and hardly anything from the street. The path to the beach is adventurous, but quite short. However, you do have to be able to walk on small paths over rocks and loose ground. It wasn't a problem for us, and we really enjoyed the small bay. Our children definitely want to vacation here again, and so do we.)

it's an absolute dream

House on the Rocks ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben eine phantastische Zeit dort verbracht. Der Gastgeber ist super und hat sofort auf Anfrage reagiert. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen ein absoluter Traum. (EN: House on the Rocks is even more beautiful than the pictures. We had a fantastic time there. The host is great and responded immediately to our requests. We would definitely book it again; it's an absolute dream.)
