Villa Kalma Ena, affordable luxury at its best, in spectacular surroundings near Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, perched on a hilltop overlooking cosmopolitan Thermaikos Bay. It extends in a green, verdant, and tranquil environment, away from it all, but really close to the Beach. Public transport to Thessaloniki is also at hand. The villa offers breathtaking views out over the Bay, also spectacular sunsets with the backdrop of Mount Olympus at the far end of the bay.
This contemporary designed property boasts a private pool with a garden at the front, three air-conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, private parking, and main facilities that would make the stay of a family or party of 6 guests stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable forever.

Layout
Villa Kalma Ena is set in three levels and it consists of an open plan space with a lounge, dining area, guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom alongside.
French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities and the pool.
The interior staircase adjoins the ground floor with the upper level and the attic. The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the attic houses the only twin bedroom.

Pool and Terraces
The sunny pool is on the ground floor and it is accessible via Roman steps and it is equipped with all the necessary facilities for sunbathing or chilling out with a drink in the nearby external dining space.

Villa Kalma Ena is a unique holiday home for anyone seeking an immersed stay in the beauty of a breathtaking location, with the sea at its, from gazing at the dreamy sunsets behind Mount Olympus with everything you need to always to hand. All the local amenities are to hand, located around 60km from the celebrated city of Thessaloniki but the area is regularly serviced by local buses taking around 1.30hours or the journey by car should take around 45minutes.

We highly recommend this place!

We had another great stay at Eos Villas! Mr. Marios was very friendly, always easy to reach, and happy to help whenever we needed anything. The house is really nice, and the garden is big and beautiful. We also loved the pool, and it was cleaned regularly, which we really appreciated. This was already our second time staying here, and we would definitely come back again. We highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is wonderful

The accommodation is wonderful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is clean, well-maintained, and it is clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. Highly recommended! We arrived with our dog and were initially assigned to a house whose yard had become home to a mother cat and her new-born kittens. Despite the property being fully booked, the owner went out of his way to rearrange things and move us to another house. He was incredibly helpful, always available to assist, and happy to provide recommendations whenever needed. We truly had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back!
