La Villa Sunny Epta est une villa de vacances haut de gamme, avec une piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire, au sein du complexe Sunny Villas Resort and Spa, située sur la péninsule la plus populaire de Halkidiki, près du village de Hanioti. Nichée sur le versant d'une colline surplombant la baie de Toroneos dans un environnement verdoyant et tranquille, isolée mais proche de la plage locale et de toutes les commodités. Elle offre une vue magnifique, où vous pourrez vous détendre pendant des heures en regardant le ciel bleu vif se mélanger parfaitement avec la mer bleue irisée.

Mise en page

La Villa Sunny Epta dispose d'un petit jardin privé avec piscine. Elle est climatisée et peut accueillir de 4 à 5 personnes dans une chambre double et une chambre à deux lits. La chambre principale est située à l'étage intermédiaire et dispose d'une salle de douche attenante. La seconde est une chambre à deux lits dans le loft.

La charmante cuisine est entièrement équipée et se trouve à côté du salon au design contemporain, doté d'une cheminée décorative et d'un canapé convertible en lit simple.

Les trois niveaux sont reliés par un escalier intérieur, bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la mer ouverte.

Piscine et jardins

La piscine solaire étincelante (chauffée en supplément sur demande) est située au rez-de-chaussée ; on y accède par 2-3 marches et est équipée de toutes les installations pour bronzer ou simplement se détendre avec une boisson ou une bouchée à manger dans l'espace repas extérieur à proximité.

Une autre piscine intérieure chauffée au sein du complexe est également disponible (des frais s'appliquent).

L'emplacement

La Villa Sunny Epta est une propriété moderne de type bungalow à proximité d'une plage de sable dans un complexe très bien organisé, avec en prime des installations de piscine intérieure si nécessaire. Le personnel de la villa se fera un plaisir de rendre vos vacances agréables et inoubliables. Cela vaut la peine d'essayer !

We enjoyed it every day

We rented a villa for the whole family. Having our own pool was the best part. We enjoyed it every day. Very easy to reach the beach, about 5 min by car or 15-20 min on foot. I don't recommend walking though, because of the steep slope you have to climb back up, since the villas are on a hill above the town. There's a good quality store right at the bottom of the hill, good restaurants both in Hanioti and in the neighboring towns, and many beautiful beaches in the area.
