Limoncello House est une maison de village typique située dans un quartier traditionnel et rural, à Agia Paraskevi d'Agrafι, loin des stations balnéaires animées, à près de 1 km du centre du village et idéale pour les randonneurs de la nature intacte de Corfou.
La maison est répartie sur un seul niveau et elle est joliment décorée. Elle offre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la campagne environnante et elle est vraiment spacieuse pour une famille ou un groupe de 6 personnes, avec de magnifiques terrasses pour se reposer et des jardins ensoleillés pour bronzer.

Disposition

A l'avant de la maison il y a un parking privé, qui mène à une terrasse meublée, sur toute la largeur de la maison, et à l'entrée principale qui s'ouvre sur un espace joliment décoré avec un salon climatisé, coin repas et cuisine entièrement équipée.
Un petit hall mène à une grande salle de bains familiale et à 3 chambres climatisées, qui se composent de 2 doubles, qui se partagent un balcon à l' arrière et un une chambre jumelle avec accès aux terrasses à l'avant.

À l'extérieur
La caractéristique la plus importante de Limoncello House est le jardin luxuriant à l'arrière et sur le côté, avec une vue imprenable sur le mont Pantokrator et la vallée à ses pieds, avec la vaste oliveraie et les maisons de village colorées dispersées ici et là.
Une autre caractéristique notable est les cours avant bien rangées avec les parterres de fleurs colorés et le charmant barbecue sur le côté, pour ceux qui souhaitent préparer un dîner inoubliable.

L'emplacement
La maison est le nid idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer un beau moment au calme ou dans la détente offerte par une promenade matinale dans les sentiers interminables des champs et des collines de la région, accompagnés des villageois locaux, ou profiter d'un livre , à l'ombre d'un olivier centenaire.

Localisation

General Information

Sidari is actually two small coastal villages connected by a long sweeping sandy beach and two smaller beaches. With the effects of tourism over time, the villages have now merged together over the last few years making one large cosmopolitan resort.

The distance from Corfu town and the airport is about 40 km and the drive time is around 45 minutes. Sidari was once known as a small fishing village due to its close proximity to the Sea when in the early 80's tourism began booming Sidari was christened as one of the most popular tourist destinations. Year after year Sidar grew until this present day where it has become a large commercial resort providing all kinds of accommodation for tourists worldwide.

Sidari is certainly a very popular lively place awash with plenty of clubs, music bars and UK style pubs, all offering amazing nightlife!

Sidaris' main beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag and is adorned with a great deal of water sports activities! There are also several little bays with smaller beaches around the coastline. These beaches are located off the beaten track and are full of unrivalled beauty! Close by are rock formations of a particularly striking nature which form a huge number of tiny coves and narrow channels, this area is known as the Canal d'Amour (The Channel of Love) and is located in the area of Peroulades just a little further north of Sidari. An area of eroding sandstone cliffs that have formed several tiny sand and shingle coves, reached by paths and even ladders. The tradition says that anyone who manages to swim right along it will soon meet the partner of his or her dreams. This point is recommended for diving, when permitted, as the sea can become rough and choppy.

Explore fine sandy beaches in Roda & Acharavi ( North Corfu ) Travelling north-west around the headland, the attractive beach resorts of Agios Stefanos, Arillas and Agios Georgios Pagon can be found. Daily Boat trips to the celebrated Diapontia Islands of Mathraki, Othoni and Ericousa, Corfu's lesser known neighbours, approx. 7 miles away from Corfu can be taken. Alternatively, there is a daily car ferry sailing from Corfu Town.

Overall Sidari is known as a totally safe place to holiday, whether it’s for singles, couples or families, everyone is catered for. Everyone speaks English and you can be sure of all the known food favourites, exciting entertainment or never being bored or tired. this is the place where there is always something going on... a real home from home!

You will find entertainment from hypnotists to magicians, drag act, Elvis nights, quizzes, bingo, karaoke, films on big screens, and football of course!

If that is not your scene and you just want a nice meal and quiet drink you will be able to find this too. Also cafes, fast foods, restaurants and local taverns, offering Greek, British, Mexican, Indian, Italian and international cuisine, as well as plenty of tourist shops that remain open until late.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we were in search of a property that provided space for us to enjoy as a family, in the countryside yet within reach of places of interest. This place did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had made the best choice. The place was spotless and check in was 24 hours and easy as we arrived on a late flight. You can tell the hosts put their heart and soul into the property and that looking after the guests makes their hearts happy. They had left us 2 welcome baskets with traditional Greek products. They have a fully equipped spotless kitchen with dishwasher. They left shower gels and shampoos etc in the bathroom. They had the towels folded beautifully on all the beds and they even had things like a hair dryer and different types of wall plug adapters. The hosts are neighbours so the pool and gardens are well looked after. They even knocked the door one night to offer us baklava and limoncello drinks to try. They advised us where would be lovely to visit during our trip. They also offered to clean the property during the middle of our stay which we availed of and appreciated. We had hired a car so the property location was perfect for us exploring the north of the island mostly but the waterpark and Corfu town etc wasn’t far. The view when sitting at the pool at this property was breathtaking. Make sure you get up early at least once to watch the beautiful sunrise. Thank you for the perfect stay!
