La Villa Vilelmina est une magnifique maison typique de Corfou située à flanc de colline surplombant les baies de Kerasia et d'Agios Stefanos , offrant une vue fantastique sur la mer. Il se trouve uniquement à distance de marche des commodités locales.
Cette villa superbement située dispose d'une grande piscine à débordement avec un cadre magnifique et de belles terrasses ; il est suffisamment lumineux et spacieux pour dix personnes.
Vilelmina est une villa exceptionnelle près de Sinnies qui garantit des vacances reposantes parfaites, à proximité des plages environnantes, des petites criques, de l'animée Kassiopi et du petit spectaculaire « Kensington on the Sea » Agios Stefanos .
La villa est située au niveau supérieur et peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes plus deux enfants sur demande.
(Il y a une autre unité ci-dessous, que les propriétaires utilisent, et ils y vivent discrètement et sont à la disposition des invités à tout moment dans le cadre du service fourni)

La villa dispose d'un coin salon/repas décloisonné qui s'ouvre sur la véranda principale. Une arcade sur la droite relie la cuisine de bonne taille et entièrement équipée au salon.

Une chambre principale avec une salle de bains privative et deux lits jumeaux, qui partagent la deuxième salle de bains bien aménagée de la propriété, complètent l'intérieur de ce niveau.
Les portes patio s'ouvrent sur la grande véranda avec des vues spectaculaires. Cette belle véranda est en partie couverte et entièrement meublée pour s'asseoir ou manger en plein air.
Des enfants supplémentaires peuvent être hébergés en utilisant le canapé-lit du salon.

Piscine et Terrasses

La grande piscine, entourée de larges terrasses pavées, a été joliment placée dans le jardin et donne l'impression d'être suspendue au ciel, avec les baies pittoresques en dessous et les énormes croiseurs naviguant à l'arrière. Toutes les installations pour s'asseoir et bronzer sont disponibles autour de la piscine, surplombant le canal entre Corfou et l'Albanie.
Sans aucun doute, l'ambiance générale de la Villa Vilelmina, associée à ses nombreux équipements, assure aux familles à la recherche d'une escapade agréable au milieu d'un environnement naturel à couper le souffle une expérience de vacances vraiment inoubliable et sans tracas.

General Information

Agios (Saint) Stefanos is a sophisticated coastal settlement of Sinies, nestling on the Northeastern coastline of Corfu, 42km from Corfu Town and only 6km from Kassiopi. Recently becoming a very popular elegant and premium resort with many stylish villas. The place is stunningly beautiful and lies within the shelter of hills sweeping down on either side of the resort, only 1.2 miles from the Albanian coast, spectacular views can be surveyed. Relaxing evenings can be spent in several of the waterfront tavernas or bars, lazily gazing across the Corfu Channel to mysterious Albania or simply idling around the pretty and quaint harbour watching the large cruisers passing by.

Agios Stefanos appeals to all guests from couples to larger families and groups, throughout the whole summer season. While away the hours watching the pretty sailing and motorboats interweave with Luxury yachts and Large cruisers
Whether you enjoy quiet holiday routines or love the idea of renting your own boat for some personal exploration of the unspoiled coastline, there is something for everyone in Agios Stefanos.

Two extended beaches are near Agios Stefanos, Kerasia Beach is approx. 2.5km to the south and Avlaki Beach 3km towards the north, just outside the ever lively Kassiopi.

We recommend renting a car to not miss out on anything and also renting an easy-to-operate small up to 30hp boat to get the best of this Coastline. You can use it to explore the fabulous small beaches that line the beautiful coast.
