Xenia House est un charmant appartement d'une chambre, situé au centre d'un quartier populaire de Gaios, Paxos, avec climatisation, une belle terrasse avant, très proche des commodités locales et des plages de Gianas (300 m) et Plakes (650 mètres).

Ce charmant appartement se situe quelques marches au-dessus de l'escalier d'accès à l'appartement du propriétaire qui habite discrètement à côté.

Xenia House est spacieux pour un couple avec un enfant, qui peut être logé sur le canapé du salon disponible.

Plan Interieur

La maison dispose d'un espace ouvert avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, un petit coin salon et salle à manger, une terrasse avant meublée offrant une vue sur le quartier, une chambre double et une salle de douche.

La partie la plus charmante de la propriété est la terrasse avant, équipée d'une table et de chaises, idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent dîner en plein air ou se détendre en toute tranquillité.

Lieu

Xenia House est située dans le centre de Gaios, très proche de toutes les commodités locales, et une voiture n'est pas nécessaire.

Localisation

General Information

Gaios is the capital of Paxos Island and the largest port, serving large ferries, hydrofoils and sea taxis from Corfu and Igoumenitsa.

As the largest town on the island, Gaios is relatively small and quaint, with Venetian architecture, a labyrinth of side streets, and pedestrian squares along the seafront. Restaurants and snack bars are scattered throughout the town, catering to all tastes and demands.

The surrounding olive groves offer a high standard of local Greek cuisine, a must-try for every visitor. Local amenities include a post office, banks, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, gift shops, a high school, jewellery and handmade craft shops, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers.

Gaios has a range of waterfront bars, ranging from quiet traditional coffee places to livelier bars playing a variety of music. Taxis are limited in number, and the bus service is regular, and it enables you to reach the resorts of Loggos and Lakka or smaller neighbourhoods.

Gaios is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan resorts in the Mediterranean. Hundreds of VIPs visit Gaios or reside in their private properties every summer, and finding a place to stay during the peak season can be challenging.

Great stay in Paxos

Great stay in Paxos. Location was so so close to the town centre of Gaios. Amenities close by. Responsive host and all around no issues. Would recommend
