Cochelli Upper è un bellissimo appartamento con due camere da letto recentemente ristrutturato, parte di villa Cochelli, una proprietà appartata in campagna, in cima ad una collina, ad Avlaki di Kassiopi, composta da 4 appartamenti indipendenti, con piscina in comune e molto vicino a spiagge eccellenti. Questa affascinante proprietà dispone di due camere da letto climatizzate, una doccia/WC e splendide terrazze. Offre splendide viste sulle colline circostanti e sul Monte Pantocratore.

Disposizione

Pochi gradini (dalla piscina e dal parcheggio) salgono al piano terra della casa e sul lato sinistro, dove una seconda scala metallica a chiocciola atterra sul balcone anteriore superiore di Cochelli. L'ingresso si apre su un open space, che comprende un piccolo soggiorno, cucina e tavolo da pranzo. Accanto alla cucina c'è una porta che si apre su un piccolo balcone sul retro per coloro che desiderano un po' di pace in più. A sinistra di questo spazio c'è una camera doppia con una porta che si apre su un balcone anteriore, una doppia con accesso al terrazzo sul retro e una doccia/WC in comune tra le due camere.

Nella parte anteriore della proprietà c'è un piccolo balcone, che offre un'incredibile vista sulla campagna circostante e sulle montagne in lontananza.

La piscina condominiale è posta di fronte alla villa, in una posizione comoda e bassa, quindi rimane soleggiata per tutta la giornata, dall'alba al tramonto. General Information

Kassiopi is both a village and popular resort on the affluent, reknowned northeast coast of Corfu, 37 km from the Town and the Airport. Historically, a small traditional fishing village, the town itself has evolved with many luxury private villas ATM's, Doctors Surgeries, Internet Cafes and Supermarkets, local Schools and even a Greek Orthodox Church.

Self drive Motorboats, simple and easy to operate, are available daily to weekly, boats with up to 30bhp can be secured with a simple car driving licence. Daily Coach and Boat excursions begin from Kassiopi Harbour and can be booked by local travel agencies running all over the island.

The main road to the North runs through the edge of the town, and a loop takes buses to the village square, approx. 250 yards from the Harbour. There is a local taxi base running 24 hours a day. Both Kassiopi and its surrounding areas are considered very safe at all times of the day, appealing to both couples and families.
Larger Private Villas adorn the hillsides and outskirts of Kassiopi, where simple apartment accommodation can also be found within the town centre.

The resort is lively both day and night and is locally known as the town that never sleeps!
Kassiopi appeals to those looking for life, both nightlife and daytime fun along with those interested in uncovering local history and traditions. Teenagers, families, couples or groups of friends, who are looking for the typical traditional charm of the North East coast, will all be forever content with Kassiopi.

Kalamionas, Bataria, Votana and Avlaki are some of the fabulous nearby beaches, all within walking distance from the village’s centre and pretty Harbour awash with its colourful boats and fishing smacks bobbing upon the crystalline Ionian Sea.

We have spent 9 nights in the beautiful Cochelli Villa. The apartment was lovely and clean. Our 3 boys loved the pool. The views from the balconies are incredible. Short walk to Alvaki beach where there are 2 taverns. 30 minute walk to the harbour. 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. A car is recommended. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you
