One of the prettiest beaches on the island is Elia Beach, easily accessible by bus from Mykonos town (Chora) and with a regular boat service from Platis Gialos.
Elia beach is the largest on the south chain of Mykonos beaches with fine sand and easily accessible.
Here you can rub shoulders with famous celebrities and VIPs. It has been characterized as a Gay - friendly beach by the connoisseurs of Mykonos, because in designated sections nude bathing is allowed.
