The collection is either from an Airport / Port or at your accommodation/villa.

Guests booking a car with Eos Travel in Corfu, require no deposit to confirm.

When in agreement with our suggestion, let us know and we will make the arrangements and confirm it back to you with an email. The car hire agent will collect the payment due (cash or credit card) on your arrival at the airport.

If you are collecting your car at your accommodation, a deposit is required.

Our Paxos* cars can be:

• collected from the hydrofoil port or seaplane port, or
• delivered to your villa on Paxos

                                                               *Please note that even if you are flying into Corfu, it is not practical to collect your car at Corfu airport.

1. FULL INSURANCE AND C.D.W. COVERS DAMAGES OVER: 

For Grp A’ = 250.00 €

For Grp B’ = 300.00 €

For Grp C’ = 350.00 €

For Grp  J’ = 550.00 €

For Grp E’ = 400.00 €

2. FOR EXCESS INSURANCE, THE COST PER DAY (GUESTS TO PAY LOCALLY) IS:

For Grp A’ = 10.00 €

For Grp B’ = 12.00 €

For Grp C’, E’ = 15.00€

For Grp J’ = 20.00 €

3. BABY SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS = PAID EXTRA

4. THE MINIMUM AGE FOR DRIVERS IS’ 21 YEARS AND MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF THEIR DRIVING LICENCES AT LEAST FOR ONE YEAR. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM AGE.     

5. THE CAR MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF PETROL AS IT WAS DELIVERED.

6. ALL PAXOS CARS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE LATEST BY 12:00 Hrs ON THE RETURNING DAY

We can arrange a car hire to be waiting at Pafos (PFO) or Larnaka(LCA) airport or delivered to your villa.

For booking over seven (7) days, free transport to the villa is available (please enquire).

Car Hire Terms and Conditions

• Driving Licence All current foreign driving licences are valid in Cyprus. Driver’s minimum age is 25.
• Petrol is payable on the collection, no refund for unused petrol or  Your car will be delivered with an amount of petrol (1/4 of a tank or more) and this will be recorded on your documentation. You will have to return the car with the same amount.
• Traffic Fines All traffic fines are the client’s responsibility.
• Service and attention Service & attention in all towns.
• Mileage Free & unlimited.
• No Excess
• Child seats Baby and booster seats are available upon request. The first is provided free of charge. For any additional seats, the charge is 2.00 euros per seat per day.
• GPS Units are available to hire at 6.00 euros per day.
• Personal Accident Insurance All passengers are covered for medical insurance under the fully comprehensive insurance provided. The driver can choose if they need personal accident insurance at an extra charge of 6.00 euros per day.
• EDW (Extra Damage Waiver) The Extra Damage Waiver is separate insurance that covers the tyres, windscreen and oil sump. This is optional insurance and is 3.00 euros per day.

All Rates Are Inclusive of:

• Unlimited mileage

• All taxes and VAT

• Free delivery and collection within the period: 09:00 to 21:00 hrs.

• No charge for additional drivers

Age Requirement: For groups, A-C customers must be over 21. Credit cardholders minimum age 21, for cash, renders minimum age 23.

Driver’s License: A valid driving licence held for at least one year is required.

Minimum Rental: One day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

Deposits: Deposits for estimated charges are required at the beginning of the rental. No deposit is required from credit cardholders.

Insurance: All authorized drivers are covered against third parties (excluding passengers) for death, injury or damage to property.

Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): The renter's liability for damage to the vehicle as mentioned above, can be reduced to 300 for groups A, B, C and 450 for all other groups by paying an additional daily fee as follows: 10 for groups A, B, C, J 15 for groups G.

Damages: (f.e. the carter, gearbox, tyres) caused by careless driving are not covered by any insurance.

Theft Protection(TP): theft protection is an optional service that if accepted relieves the renter from all financial responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle by or following theft according to the conditions of our rental agreement. T.P. can be obtained under the following daily charge: 5 for groups A, B, C, and 10 for group G.

Personal Accident Insurance(LIS): For a charge of 5 per day.

Baby Seats: Available on request for children up to 3 years old, free of charge.

Availability: Car models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

Delivery and Collection Charges: Early /Night deliveries/collections after working hours (09:00 am – 21:00 pm) charge 20

Ferrying the Car: An advance written authorization is required.

Taxes: All rates are subject to 13% VAT and 2% Municipality Tax must be paid by the renter.

Gasoline: Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.

Traffic Fines: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are borne solely by the renter.

Collision damage waiver (CDW)

• The above additional insurance can be provided on a daily fee of 10,00 euro

note: should the renter do not take the above CDW and in case of collision damage, the first 350,00 euro will be paid by the renter.

**Inclusive Rental Terms:**

* **Unlimited Mileage:** Enjoy unrestricted driving without incurring additional mileage charges.

* **Comprehensive Insurance:** Benefit from comprehensive insurance coverage with no excess liability.

* **24-Hour Emergency Breakdown Assistance:** Receive immediate assistance in case of unexpected vehicle breakdowns.

* **Airport Pick-Up and Drop-Off:** Convenient airport pick-up and drop-off services are available from 09:00 to 21:00 hours. An additional €25 fee will be charged for services outside of these hours.

* **Additional Drivers:** There is no surcharge for additional drivers.

* **Deposit Requirement:** No deposit is necessary to secure the rental.

* **Child, Baby, and Booster Seats:** Child, baby, and booster seats are available for an additional fee of €2 to €3 per day.

* **Petrol:** Petrol is included in the rental price. However, it must be returned with the same amount as when collected.

**Required Conditions:**

* **Age:** Be between 21 and 80 years of age.

* **Driver’s License:** Hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years of validity.

* **Payment Method:** Payments can be made via credit card.

* **Traffic Fines:** The client is solely responsible for paying any traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
