We are a family of five and we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, which we looked forward to every evening. The swimming pool was a real highlight, and we all spent many happy hours enjoying it in the afternoon. The villa was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were always responsive, helpful, and attentive, making us feel very well looked after. A special mention to the lovely lady who came to change the towels. She was incredibly kind and even offered us fresh tomatoes from the villa's garden, which were absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our time at the villa!

Sunset House is Corfu rental property with a private pool located off the main road between Karousades and Sidari, with stunning sea and sunset views. The house is a 45 minutes drive from Corfu airport and a short drive away from Sidari. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to six (6) people, who can be accommodated in three (3) comfortable bedrooms.

This rental house overlooks the open sea all the way up to the small islands of Mathaki, Othonoi and Erikousa. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, it is close to Yialos Beach and features an 8mx5m swimming pool, lovely balconies and terraces towards the sea.

Layout

Sunset House is split into two levels.
A small driveway, coming from the main road, leads to the front large terrace and private parking underneath the house's balcony. The main entrance opens into the ground floor through a few steps.
It features an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely decorated sitting and dining area. The front balcony enjoys unobstructed sunset views of Sidari Beach and the open sea.
There is also a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the balcony in this area.
An interior wooden staircase lands onto the upper level, which houses a second double bedroom (the master), a twin and a common bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with balcony access and have lovely views. The double bedroom has its own walking closet.

Outdoors

Olive trees surround the charming Corfu house, and it is tacked almost inside an olive grove.
The views are exceptional. Sunset House boasts one of the best angles to a sunset view in the area.
Balconies and furnished terraces for dining al fresco run at the front of the house to take advantage of the elevated position and the distance sea views.

Access and Parking

Access is through a small driveway. There is a private parking space available underneath the front balcony. There is also plenty of parking for two more cars.

General Information

The area of Agnos is an extension of Astrakeri beach, located on route to Sidari from Roda on the northern side of the island. It is a peaceful bay surrounded by green hills and Mediterranean foliage. A couple of traditional tavernas set the scene and add hues of local charm and colour. It is a great choice for a relaxing family holiday, located between the larger resorts of Roda and Sidari.
Astrakeri is a delightful resort around 40km from Corfu Town. It is considered ideal for children due to its shallow crystalline waters. Sunbeds and Umbrellas are available for hire dotted along the sandy shore. There is also a watersports centre for enthusiasts, the tavernas being in a close vicinity, alternatively, why not just let time take its course, do your own thing and enjoy the tranquil scenery of the area.

The location was really amazing

Der Ausblick aufs Meer mit einen wirklich wundersch&#246;nen Sonnenuntergang vom Pool und der Terrasse.. Liked: Die Lage war echt ein Hammer mit einem wundersch&#246;nen Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage super, mit einem Mietauto konnte man sehr gut verschiedene Str&#228;nde und am Abend das Ortszentrum mit Promenade zum Essen und so erreichen. (EN: The view of the sea with a truly beautiful sunset from the pool and terrace... Liked - The location was really amazing with a beautiful sunset. The location was superb; with a rental car, you could easily reach various beaches and in the evening the town center with its promenade for dining and such.)

Beautiful villa with a truly fantastic view

Wunderschöne Villa mit wirklich tollem Ausblick. Wenn man die Bilder schon überragend findet, wird man mit dem Live Bild mehr als zufrieden sein. Viele haben die Straße als Laut beschrieben - am Wochenende ist sie leiser als gewöhnlich. Sonst schon etwas laut, aber erträglich finde ich.Alles in allem top und empfehlenswert :) (EN: Beautiful villa with a truly fantastic view. If you already find the pictures outstanding, you'll be more than satisfied with the live view. Many have described the road as noisy – but it's quieter than usual on weekends. Otherwise, it's a bit noisy, but tolerable in my opinion. All in all, top-notch and highly recommended.)
