Villa Salina is a stunning modern retreat set in the peaceful village of Meladeia, just a short 10-minute drive from the beach. With its sleek design, airy interiors, and soft neutral tones, this contemporary villa offers the perfect blend of style and comfort for a truly relaxing getaway.

Spanning two levels and fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright and spacious open-plan living area on the lower floor. The stylish lounge and dining space are furnished with high-quality pieces, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light and open onto breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, stretching all the way to the sea.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms provide a private sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The master double boasts its own en-suite bathroom, while the second double and twin share a large, modern shower room. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, with the double rooms offering picturesque views over the inviting pool area.

Step outside to discover a beautifully maintained outdoor space, complete with a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, and parasols. The shaded dining terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco meals, easily prepared on your own BBQ.

The traditional villages of Peristerona and Steni are also nearby, where you can experience the local hospitality. The larger town of Polis is a short drive away, where you will find all the amenities you need, such as supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, as well as a plethora of places to eat and drink.

For your convenience, air conditioning is included in the bedrooms. If needed, the two lounge units are available at an additional cost of €10 per day for one unit or €15 for both (as of 2025).

Stunning villa and pool

Stunning villa and pool, couldn't have been better. Unfortunately hubby was unwell so didn't get out much, but couldn't have had a better place to be. A bit of a drive to get there, as quite high up but you get a lovely breeze that you don't get lower down. Overall a lovely place.

we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay

The villa was very clean, and the pool was great. We also enjoyed the mountain views, especially at sunset. The location is quiet, and there is a nice taverna just a few minutes’ drive away that stays open late, which was very convenient, especially since food delivery isn’t available in the area. Just a couple of things future guests may want to know. We were quite surprised to learn that there is an extra charge for each of the two air conditioning units in the living room. Since we visited in July, when it was very hot, we found this unexpected and worth mentioning for future guests. Also, due to the surrounding greenery, there were quite a lot of insects around the pool, so we found ourselves using the pool net fairly often. It’s understandable given the natural setting, but it’s worth keeping in mind. Apart from that, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay.
