She is so friendly; she helped us immediately with whatever we needed at any moment and took care of everything for us. The location is fantastic, and the house is wonderful. We arrived in Kalkan around 1:00 PM and asked if they could let us know when the house was ready; at 2:30 PM, they called to say the house was available and that Mr. Muhammed would come to pick us up. I’ve been visiting Kalkan for five years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such service. We will definitely continue to stay here in the coming years, I hope! ❤️🙏🏽 We thank Ms. Elif once again; everything was perfect. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️)

Perched over three levels, Villa Vala is accessed via a private entrance from the main road into a charming walled courtyard, with a stone staircase leading to the elevated entrance on the villa’s left side.

Ground Floor

Kitchen & Dining: An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into a stylish dining area for six, both offering spectacular sea views.

Lounge: Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic vistas of the pool and the bay, creating a bright and inviting living space.

Bathroom: A sleek, marble-tiled family bathroom with a shower completes this level.

An elegant interior marble staircase connects the ground floor to the upper levels.

First Floor

Twin Bedroom: A spacious en-suite twin-bedded room with a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains.

Double Bedroom: A large en-suite double-bedded room with balcony views of the pool and sea.

Second Floor (Attic Level)

Master Bedroom: The en-suite master suite features a comfortable seating area, a charming jacuzzi and a private balcony with sunbeds and seating, offering truly spectacular views of the bay—a perfect spot to enjoy sunrise or sunset in complete privacy.

The villa’s elegant gardens lead to a private pool (3.5 x 8.5 m) with both a sunken bed area and a generous swimming area. The terrace is fully equipped with sunbeds, a dining area, outdoor seating, and a brick-built BBQ. Sliding doors from the dining area provide seamless access to the poolside, where uninterrupted sea views set the scene for relaxation and entertaining.

I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Konaklamamız son derece kusursuzdu. Odalar, mutfak ve banyolar gayet temizdi. Her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Evde her tür ihtiyacımızı karşılamada hiç bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Odanın birinde klima problemi vardı. Sorunu bildirince hemen ilgilendiler ve problem çözüldü. Konumu son derece huzurluydu aynı zamanda merkeze de yakındı. Tabi araç ile ulaşım sağlamak gerekiyor. Bu konaklamayı gönül rahatlığıyla önerebilirim. (EN: Our stay was absolutely flawless. The rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were spotless, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. We had no trouble meeting all our needs in the house. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, but once we reported it, they addressed it immediately and resolved the problem. The location was incredibly peaceful yet close to the center—though, naturally, you do need a car to get around. I can highly recommend this accommodation.)
