Agios Spiridon is a small coastal neighbourhood, an extension of Perithia village and consists of two beautiful sandy bays overlooking the mysterious Albanian Mountain Ranges.  The esteemed North Corfu’s Nature Reserve lies in this area and a visit is highly recommended. For those seeking a quiet relaxing holiday, Agios Spiridon is ideal with nearby botanic trails and eminent Birdwatching making it a perfect spot for Nature enthusiasts.
Both the bays are very popular due to the fine sandy beaches and can become crowded over weekends in the high season, but a ideal spot can always be found. A truly super spot for families with the larger resorts of Kassiopi and Acharavi just a short drive away.

We would happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Corfu! The accommodation was beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. The garden was absolutely lovely, with beautiful flowers and olive trees, creating a relaxing and authentic atmosphere. The rooms was spacious, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The location was also excellent — very quiet, but still close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus stop. Everything was convenient and easy to reach. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and peaceful stay in Corfu. We would happily come back!

excellent, peaceful stay at Villa Kiki

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans la villa kiki. beau jardin, maison spacieuse, belle plage avec un magnifique panorama sur les montagnes Albanaises à 10 mn de marche.les instructions étaient claires et l hôtel réactif. Very good value for money

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est très agréable. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Les petites attentions étaient les bienvenues. Le jardin magnifique. Le chien d’en face pourrait être un très petit point négatif mais cela ne nous a vraiment pas gêné pour dormir ce qui est le principal. Nous avions des chevaux juste en face de la maison. La plage en voiture est à 5 mn. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. En couple. Merci. (EN: Very good value for money. The accommodation is very pleasant. The air conditioning works very well.
