Villa Aggiolina is a charming self-catering bungalow located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the village of Spartia, Kefalonia. Set within a private estate shared with two similar villas, it offers a beautifully maintained garden, a sunny private pool, full air-conditioning, and easy access to local amenities just a 6-minute walk away.

A short private dirt road from the municipal lane leads to the villa’s own parking area. Villa Aggiolina is the third property along this quiet pathway, ensuring a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The villa is arranged over one level and features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and it can accommodate in comfort a family of 4 persons. Surrounded by lush plants and greenery, the home opens into a welcoming open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned.

The master bedroom is complemented by a twin bedroom, and both share a charming bathroom with shower facilities.

At the front of the villa, a shaded terrace offers a lovely seating area—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons. A small stone path leads through the garden to the private swimming pool (4.50m x 2.50m) with Roman steps, surrounded by a paved sun terrace ideal for lounging and enjoying the warm local climate.

At the side of the garden, guests will find a built-in BBQ and a wooden table with also wooden seating—an inviting spot for cooking and dining outdoors beneath the starry Kefalonian sky.

The entire property is surrounded by wooden fencing, providing a sense of privacy throughout.
