We had a fantastic, deeply relaxing vacation at Villa Aggiolina. It is the ideal size for a family or group of 4 looking for comfort and privacy. Inside, the layout works really well, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity.The true magic of this property is the outdoor area. The garden is a lush oasis packed with beautiful, colorful plants. Combined with the lovely private pool and the outdoor dining setup, it creates such an inviting atmosphere that we spent most of our time just lounging outside instead of sightseeing. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and private. We also highly appreciated the spotless cleanliness, especially the mid-stay change of bed sheets and fresh towels.A huge thank you to the hosts for being so welcoming and accommodating, especially for allowing us a late check-out. Villa Aggiolina is a charming self-catering bungalow located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the village of Spartia, Kefalonia. Set within a private estate shared with two similar villas, it offers a beautifully maintained garden, a sunny private pool, full air-conditioning, and easy access to local amenities just a 6-minute walk away.

A short private dirt road from the municipal lane leads to the villa’s own parking area. Villa Aggiolina is the third property along this quiet pathway, ensuring a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The villa is arranged over one level and features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and it can accommodate in comfort a family of 4 persons. Surrounded by lush plants and greenery, the home opens into a welcoming open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned.

The master bedroom is complemented by a twin bedroom, and both share a charming bathroom with shower facilities.

At the front of the villa, a shaded terrace offers a lovely seating area—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons. A small stone path leads through the garden to the private swimming pool (4.50m x 2.50m) with Roman steps, surrounded by a paved sun terrace ideal for lounging and enjoying the warm local climate.

At the side of the garden, guests will find a built-in BBQ and a wooden table with also wooden seating—an inviting spot for cooking and dining outdoors beneath the starry Kefalonian sky.

The entire property is surrounded by wooden fencing, providing a sense of privacy throughout.

Villa Aggiolina is a simply styled yet beautifully furnished retreat, perfect for guests seeking peace, comfort, and natural surroundings.
