People mention the steps but it’s really so close to the village it’s no big deal - and the fabulous Pheobie the cat is always waiting to greet you on the lower verandah where she appears to live.

Nestled on the upper level of a recently restored village house, Villa Aglaia stands as a charming two-bedroom retreat with captivating sea vistas, particularly from its private lower terrace. Perched on a scenic hillside, just a brief stroll from the vibrant heart of Loggos and a mere two minutes from the nearest beach, this residence offers an unparalleled setting.

Accessed via a steep flight of steps from the road (70 steps), the house and its terrace command breath-taking views of Loggos Bay and the azure expanse beyond. Occupying the upper level of the building, Aglaia House is adjoined to a self-contained studio. It comprises a comfortable double bedroom and a twin room, both equipped with air conditioning and adorned with balconies that open to the sea. Behind these bedrooms lies a generously sized kitchen/dining area, with a table accommodating four, and a convenient shower room.

Step outside, and you'll find a sunlit terrace, a mere twenty steps below the house, exclusively reserved for guests in the main apartment. Here, under the partial shade of an ancient olive tree and amidst Aglaia's meticulously tended flower garden, guests can revel in the splendid sea views. Notably, Mrs. Aglaia herself discreetly resides on the ground floor and is readily available for any needs.
