A simple, but very lovely studio a minute walk to Kaminaki beach. The studio is all refurbished and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook (but why would you when you have the loveliest taverna 1 minute away on foot with the best food?). The fridge is great because its a large one with a big freezer so plenty of room for drinks! The air conditioner was great too.Fabulous location!

Anda Studio is a charming open-plan holiday property, air-conditioned, and nestles underneath Villa Anda, in Kaminaki Nisaki Corfu, offering amazing terrace sea views and peace and tranquillity. 

It is only a few steps away from Kaminaki's pebbly beach and just a breath from the two local traditional tavernas.

This reasonably priced studio is ideal for a couple, who would wish for a romantic stay in a traditional atmosphere and absorb all the charm of the offered stunning sea views.

Anda Studio consists of a double bed and sitting room, a compacted small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a vine-shaded terrace overlooking the open sea.

Kaminaki is tiny coastal settlement in the ever-popular region of Nisaki  ,attractive for its pebbly beach and beautiful coastline,  This area is known for its captivating natural beauty.  Sunbathe, swim, or snorkel uncovering local fish on the small simple but blissfully crystal clear shimmering sea or just explore the rocky coast. Lazily taste traditional local specialities from the two waterfront family run tavernas.
Should you prefer a larger more organized beach, follow the  coastal footpath at the left end of the Beach you will arrive at Krouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away, with sunbeds, umbrellas for hire and an excellent local taverna serving the catches of the day.

A pre-booked hire car is recommended, but a simple self-drive motorboat can be hired locally if you are wishing to explore the idyllic North East Corfu coastline to uncover tiny beaches and bays.
Winding your way through the olive groves or scaling the extremely steep road to the top of the hill can be an unforgettable adventure, elevated views of the coastline can be viewed if you reach the top! Local Supermarkets in Nissaki can deliver produce conveniently to the properties in Kaminaki.

Finally, for sports enthusiasts a registered water sports centre is available near the beach professionally run by Dimitris and his staff.

Sweet studio in quiet and beautiful Kaminaki

We stayed at Anda Studio for two weeks in July 2023. The studio is located in Kaminaki, a small bay about 20 minutes from Ipsos. After booking, the further organisation was taken over by EOS Villas, to whom we also paid directly. Here we can only say: A very good agency, always quickly reachable, all necessary information was provided by e-mail. The studio was regularly cleaned very neatly and there were always fresh towels. The studio offers everything you need for a stay in summer, the air conditioning works perfectly, a large fridge and a well-equipped kitchen are available. Wi-Fi unfortunately unstable and extremely slow, mobile reception poor. There is a beautiful sea view from the spacious terrace. Partly we just stayed on site, the bay is really beautiful.Something else about the location: The access is via an extremely steep and narrow road, we sweated blood and water and were happy every time we reached the top without any oncoming cars. The parking situation is extremely difficult in high season, and you have to be lucky that a parking space is available. If necessary, you can park above the village on a small gravel area, but the terrain is difficult for small rental cars. And the owner, who is unfortunately very unfriendly, charges 5 EUR a day.

Appreciating Sofronios' Help

<p>Thank you Sofronios for the stay! The apartment is located a stones throw from the sea and there is an excellent taverna next door. There were some issues with how the apartment on check in but Sofronios dealt with them quickly</p>

Private Paradise in Corfu

amazing location, very private and chilled. perfect for what we were looking for. great location to visit nearby spots. the beach was stunning and felt like we had our own private one. you can fall asleep listening to the waves. thanks for having us. would reccomend for anyone looking to visit Corfu and be away from the large resorts
