Areti – Elena Oxomeria is a distinctive property comprising two independent, self-catering villas offered together, ideally positioned side by side on the outskirts of the village of Ozias, just outside Gaios, on the beautiful island of Paxos. Forming part of an exclusive and secluded complex of three luxury villas, the property offers privacy, flexibility, and breathtaking panoramic views of the open sea, the surrounding countryside, and the island’s gentle mountains.

Both villas are fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed, sharing access to a stunning, sun-drenched swimming pool (4.0 x 8.0 m). This unique arrangement makes Areti – Elena Oxomeria an excellent choice for families or small groups of up to six adults and two children who wish to holiday together while enjoying the comfort of separate living spaces.

Areti, the larger villa located at the left end of the complex, accommodates up to four adults and one child. Set on a single ground-floor level and accessed via steps from the private parking area, it features large windows that frame uninterrupted sea views and open onto spacious terraces at the front and side. Inside, Areti offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bright and airy living area, and a comfortable dining space. Two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, open directly onto the front terrace through patio doors, allowing guests to wake up to the soothing sight of the sea.

Elena, the smaller villa located in the middle of the complex, is ideal for two adults, with the option of accommodating an additional child upon request. This charming one-bedroom villa is arranged on a single open-plan ground floor, combining a kitchen, small dining area, and living space. A separate double bedroom with an en-suite shower room opens onto its own front terrace, offering equally impressive views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.

The attractive shared swimming pool (4.0 X 8.0 m) is positioned to the left of Areti and is easily and independently accessible from both villas. Surrounded by generous terraces, the pool enjoys sunshine for most of the day and is perfectly positioned to create the illusion of floating above the sea, which stretches endlessly below. The surrounding outdoor areas provide ample space for sunbathing, al fresco dining, or simply relaxing while taking in the magnificent coastal scenery.

Traditional stone walls and steps enhance the exterior spaces, reflecting the authentic architectural character of Paxos and blending seamlessly with the natural landscape.
