Perched on the upper floor of one of the family complex houses, this apartment features a charming balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the harbor. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, with two air-conditioned bedrooms—a twin and a double—making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.

An external staircase winds through the family complex, leading to the apartment's private entrance and front balcony. Spread across a single level, the interior includes an inviting entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen perfect for culinary adventures, a modern family bathroom with a shower/WC, and a cozy lounge area.
