Nestled in the heart of the countryside, Casale Xenia is a stunning stone property brimming with style, charm, and history. Lovingly converted, this villa seamlessly blends its rich character with modern luxury, offering everything you could desire in a perfect holiday escape.

The house is thoughtfully divided into two sections. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a TV, and an elegant formal seating area, both opening through French doors to a tranquil private courtyard. Within this section, you'll also find a beautifully appointed double bedroom and a stylish shower room. Step out from the lounge onto a raised terrace with plush outdoor seating—an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Across the internal courtyard, the remaining accommodations are accessed separately through charming arch doorways. The magnificent principal bedroom boasts a king-size bed, exquisite stone details, and its own en suite shower room.

A second double bedroom sits adjacent to a well-appointed bathroom, while a spacious formal dining room—doubling as a cozy reading nook is in between, creating an inviting and intimate atmosphere.

The courtyard itself is a completely private secluded oasis, adorned with traditional pots and a magnificent lemon tree, a built-in BBQ with a sink, perfect for al fresco dining. Beyond the wooden doors, a stunning pool terrace reveals breathtaking countryside views. The 9m x 5m infinity pool, complete with Roman steps for easy access, offers a refreshing escape, the pool terraces are spacious and make the most of the wonderful views.

Located in the charming traditional village of Filousa, which is a short drive away from the main Town of Polis and the marina at Latchi, both places you are sure to want to visit during your stay.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
It's the only place on the Island, where the visitors can enjoy the beauty of both: the mountain of the Akamas Peninsula and sea!

Obwohl wir erst spät in der Nacht ankamen, wurden wir am nächsten Morgen herzlich von unserem Gastgeber Dimitris mit frischen, lokalen Früchten und einer Flasche Wein willkommen geheißen.Dimitris ist ein ausgesprochen warmherziger Mensch, dem man anmerkt, wie viel Liebe und Hingabe er in diese besondere Unterkunft steckt. Alles ist mit großer Sorgfalt gestaltet – es fehlt an absolut nichts. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Menschen, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar waren und uns bei allen Fragen und Wünschen sofort geholfen haben.
