He was so kind to show us around the local spots, showed us authentic Cyprus food which was delicious and we even got to see his extensive car collection. Thank you so much jimmy your help and kindness was a cherry on top for our amazing experience in Cyprus for the first time. Would definitely recommend! Also to people new to this area you will most likely need to rent a car unless you are planning to stay at the villa which we decided to do for most the days as the view was breath-taking and the calm tranquil environment was just what we needed. The UV is also incredible and we came back very tanned ☀️

The house is thoughtfully divided into two sections. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a TV, and an elegant formal seating area, both opening through French doors to a tranquil private courtyard. Within this section, you'll also find a beautifully appointed double bedroom and a stylish shower room. Step out from the lounge onto a raised terrace with plush outdoor seating—an idyllic spot to enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Across the internal courtyard, the remaining accommodations are accessed separately through charming arch doorways. The magnificent principal bedroom boasts a king-size bed, exquisite stone details, and its own en suite shower room.

A second double bedroom sits adjacent to a well-appointed bathroom, while a spacious formal dining room—doubling as a cozy reading nook is in between, creating an inviting and intimate atmosphere.

The courtyard itself is a completely private secluded oasis, adorned with traditional pots and a magnificent lemon tree, a built-in BBQ with a sink, perfect for al fresco dining. Beyond the wooden doors, a stunning pool terrace reveals breathtaking countryside views. The 9m x 5m infinity pool, complete with Roman steps for easy access, offers a refreshing escape, the pool terraces are spacious and make the most of the wonderful views.

Located in the charming traditional village of Filousa, which is a short drive away from the main Town of Polis and the marina at Latchi, both places you are sure to want to visit during your stay.

Lovely Latchi, a jewel of a resort on the west coast of Cyprus conveniently situated half an hour outside of the city of Paphos.
