Villa Eleftheria is a charming self-catering bungalow located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the village of Spartia, Kefalonia. Set within a private estate shared with two similar villas, it offers a beautifully maintained garden, a sunny private pool, full air-conditioning, and easy access to local amenities just a 6-minute walk away.

A short private dirt road from the municipal lane leads to the villa’s own parking area. Villa Eleftheria is the first property along this quiet pathway, ensuring a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The villa is arranged over one level and features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and can accommodate in comfort a family of 4 persons. Surrounded by lush plants and greenery, the home opens into a welcoming open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned.

The master bedroom is complemented by a twin bedroom, and both share a charming bathroom with shower facilities.

At the front of the villa, a shaded terrace offers a lovely seating area—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons. A small stone path leads through the garden to the private swimming pool (4.50m x 2.50m) with Roman steps, surrounded by a paved sun terrace ideal for lounging and enjoying the warm local climate.

At the side of the garden, guests will find a built-in BBQ and a wooden table with also wooden seating—an inviting spot for cooking and dining outdoors beneath the starry Kefalonian sky.

We had an amazing stay at this villa!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. The villa was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The private pool was perfect for relaxing, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was peaceful, yet only a short drive from Argostoli and some of the most beautiful beaches on Kefalonia. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the island. We would love to come back again!

Villa Eleftheria isn't flashy, but it's very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing.
