This is really a wonderful place. Our expectations were more than met. Everything was perfect. A beautiful and spacy living room and kitchen. The kitchen well equipped with everything you might need. We never had a villa with such a good, equipped kitchen. Everything was there. The pool was in excellent condition. The washing machine in the basement worked well. We were more than satisfied with Villa Gionis and we plan to return in the near future.

Welcome to Villa Gionis, a newly constructed two-bedroom single-story haven nestled amidst the olive groves near the serene village of Loggos, Paxos. This idyllic retreat, designed with meticulous attention to detail, offers a tranquil escape within walking distance of the island's best beaches and the picturesque harbour village of Loggos. Immerse yourself in the quiet ambiance of this unspoilt area, where Villa Gionis stands as a testament to luxury and relaxation.

As you step into the villa, you'll be greeted by an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room adorned with large French windows that open onto a covered terrace. From here, steps lead to the inviting garden and the expansive swimming pool—a true oasis of serenity. The villa boasts two en-suite bedrooms, one featuring twin beds and the other a charming double bed. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms but not in the living area.

Fantastic villa!

This spotless property had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor living space and view. Really appreciated the laundry facilities and herb garden.

Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung war modern und stilvoll, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Spaziergang führt zu einem schönen Strand. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. (EN: The accommodation was simply fantastic! The pool was an absolute highlight - clean and perfect for relaxing. The facilities were modern and stylish, we didn't miss anything. A short walk leads to a beautiful beach. We felt completely at home and would love to come back.)
