Wir haben 7 tolle Tage im House on the Rocks verbracht. Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz und unsere drei Kinder haben sich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv möchte ich den super freundlichen Reinigungsservice hervorheben. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Der Blick von den Terrassen und vom Pool sind uns am eindrucksvollsten in Erinnerung geblieben. Man blickt über Olivenbäume hinweg auf das Mittelmeer. Es ist Entspannung pur. Die Lage der Villa sorgt dafür, dass man nichts von Nachbarn und kaum etwas von der Straße hört. Der Weg an den Strand ist abenteuerlich, dafür aber Recht kurz. Man muss aber kleine Pfade über Steine und losen Untergrund laufen können. Für uns war es kein Problem und wir haben die kleine Bucht sehr genossen.Unsere Kinder wollen hierdefinitiv wieder Urlaub machen und wir auch. I would like to particularly highlight the super-friendly cleaning service; we hadn't expected that. The view from the terraces and the pool is what we remember most impressively. You look out over olive trees to the Mediterranean. It's pure relaxation. The location of the villa ensures that you don't hear any neighbors and hardly anything from the street. The path to the beach is adventurous, but quite short. However, you do have to be able to walk on small paths over rocks and loose ground. It wasn't a problem for us, and we really enjoyed the small bay. Our children definitely want to vacation here again, and so do we.)

House on the Rocks nestles literally 'on the rocks' above the picturesque Kaminaki Beach and thus receives its fitting name. It is a modern and luxurious property, totally private and secluded. It lies in two levels, and it is spacious for a family or party of up to six persons, which can gracefully stay in three large bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a 10m x 6m semi-circular private infinity pool.

Layout
Upper Level
A private stone pavement leads on this charming villa's upper level, with lovely flowers alongside the pavement and the entrance. This part of the house consists of a living room that opens out onto a shaded dining terrace with stunning sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a double and a twin bedroom (both with private sea-facing balconies) and two bathrooms located opposite the bedrooms. One is a bathroom and the other one shower room.(Living room area is air-conditioned).
In addition to the above, a spectacular roof- terrace, accessed via an external, separate staircase, is placed on the villa's left top. It has the relevant sunbathing facilities and non-parallel views to the South and the Ionian Sea.

Bottom Level, Pool and Terraces
An interior wooden staircase joins the upper living room with the ground floor’s second sitting room and a further twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower. Both of them have direct access to the semi-circular infinity pool, which dominates the sea views in front of them. This unique pool looks and if it is hanging from the house terrace.

On the main villa's left-hand side, the owner has sophistically established another sunbathing stone terrace, roofed and isolated, which is accessible via a small wooden bridge for some extra relaxation or freedom. The area resembles a small bar with a small freezer to keep refreshments handy.

Finally, at the pool level, on the villa's right-hand side, there is a built barbecue area with all the necessary utensils to enjoy the experience.

The Location
Apart from its luxurious atmosphere, House on the Rocks offers a stunning location, far from it all, but - also - very close to the most popular beaches such as Agni, Kaminaki, Krouzeri, Nisaki and resorts like Kalami, Kassiopi, Nisaki, Barbati, which are less than a short drive away. This matter also makes this charming villa the same as the one we all would have ever dreamed of staying in some time.

General Information

Kaminaki is tiny coastal settlement in the ever-popular region of Nisaki ,attractive for its pebbly beach and beautiful coastline, This area is known for its captivating natural beauty. Sunbathe, swim, or snorkel uncovering local fish on the small simple but blissfully crystal clear shimmering sea or just explore the rocky coast. Lazily taste traditional local specialities from the two waterfront family run tavernas.
Should you prefer a larger more organized beach, follow the coastal footpath at the left end of the Beach you will arrive at Krouzeri Beach, only 15 mins away, with sunbeds, umbrellas for hire and an excellent local taverna serving the catches of the day.

A pre-booked hire car is recommended, but a simple self-drive motorboat can be hired locally if you are wishing to explore the idyllic North East Corfu coastline to uncover tiny beaches and bays.
Winding your way through the olive groves or scaling the extremely steep road to the top of the hill can be an unforgettable adventure, elevated views of the coastline can be viewed if you reach the top! Local Supermarkets in Nissaki can deliver produce conveniently to the properties in Kaminaki.

Finally, for sports enthusiasts a registered water sports centre is available near the beach professionally run by Dimitris and his staff.
