Kalma Exi boasts a massive 3.50x6.00 meter private swimming pool with a terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a cozy lounge for those moments of indoor comfort.

With a double bedroom on the upper floor and another double bedroom and a family shower, you'll have all the space you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a twin bedroom, a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and diner, and a family shower.

Our stay was very nice

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön Villa war sauber und wie beschrieben. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat sind die vielen Katzen, die wir gefüttert haben. Hoffe das noch mehr Menschen kommen die genauso denken wie wir. (EN: Our stay was very nice. The villa was clean and as described. I can only recommend it. We really enjoyed the many cats we fed. We hope more people come who feel the same way we do.)

Perfect!

Locația este precum sloganul lor “heaven on earth”! Sunt atenți la nevoile turiștilor, casa este echipată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a locui acolo! Comunicare a fost foarte bună cu Marios, a fost mereu la dispoziția noastră când am avut o nevoie. Dorința noastră este să revenim în acest loc! Mulțumim Marios! (EN: The location is like their slogan “heaven on earth”! They are attentive to the needs of tourists, the house is equipped with everything you need to live there! Communication was very good with Marios, he was always at our disposal when we needed something. Our desire is to return to this place! Thank you Marios!)

We had a great time at Kalma Villa

We had a great time at Kalma Villa. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sea view and the confort of the house. The living room is large, the terrace as well. The villa is clean, the small garden is well kept and the pool is cleaned every 3 days. Massoutis is close enough to go by foot. Moudania is a nice area, with tavernas, restaurants, beach, even an open market (every Wednesday).
