The villa was one of 6 built in a fantastic position overlooking the sea on the cliff edge. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and sea birds.On a clear day we could see Mount Olympus towering up with its snow capped peaks. I could understand the magic and myth surrounding this great mountain. The villa was clean and decently equipped for the two of us. And the beds were comfortable...a big bonus! We were.also pleased that the swimming pool was long enough to actually swim and there were fly screens on all the doors. The owner Mario's was welcoming, kind and helpful with an excellent.command of English, compared to our poor Greek.

Villa Kalma Pente is the sixth of our luxury private Villas in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, resting at the top of a hill overlooking Thermaikos Bay. The villas extend into a verdant natural environment, hidden but close to the beach and village facilities. The views over the Bay are simply stunning, as well as the impressive sunsets. View Mount Olympus in the background and confirm that Villa Kalma is situated in an area of immense natural beauty.

Villa Kalma is a delightfully designed property boasting a private pool in a front garden, three air-conditioned bedrooms, private parking, and facilities to make your stay memorable.

Layout

Villa Kalma Exi consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining room, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities leading out to the pool.

The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft. The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the loft houses the twin bedroom, separating it from the main sleeping area.

Pool and Terraces

The sunlit pool is located at ground level, accessed via Roman steps and equipped with ample facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out.

Stunning view from the gorgeous villa

This beautiful villa had the best sea view from the 2 double bedrooms upstairs, it blew us away. The garden space around the pool was gorgeous and so peaceful, with the sea view to gaze at all day. The villa itself was lovely and had everything we needed, its more than enough space for 4-6 people. The location is good, the walk to the centre is along a couple of busy roads but it is walkable. The centre is lovely and has some wonderful restaurants with grays food. The host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions, Mario was very helpful whilst we were there. We would love to return.
