Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders der tolle Pool war ein echtes Highlight perfekt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen.Die Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die nächste größere Stadt ist mit dem Auto in nur etwa 2–5 Minuten erreichbar, sodass Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und alles Wichtige schnell zu erreichen sind. Gleichzeitig ist die Umgebung wunderbar ruhig und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Chalkidiki zu erkunden. In der Nähe gibt es viele traumhafte Strände und zahlreiche schöne Ausflugsziele.Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Ausstattung der Küche. It was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We also really liked the location. The nearest large city is reachable by car in only about 2.5 minutes, so shopping, restaurants, and everything else is easily accessible. The location is easily accessible. At the same time, the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and an ideal starting point for exploring Chalkidiki. In the area, there are many stunning beaches and numerous beautiful destinations for excursions. One small suggestion for improvement would be to improve the facilities. The kitchen was adequate for basic needs, but could have been a bit more substantial. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back anytime. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.)

Villa Kalma Pente is the sixth of our luxury private Villas in Nea Moudania, Halkidiki, resting at the top of a hill overlooking Thermaikos Bay. The villas extend into a verdant natural environment, hidden but close to the beach and village facilities. The views over the Bay are simply stunning, as well as the impressive sunsets. View Mount Olympus in the background and confirm that Villa Kalma is situated in an area of immense natural beauty.

Villa Kalma is a delightfully designed property boasting a private pool in a front garden, three air-conditioned bedrooms, private parking, and facilities to make your stay memorable.

Layout

Villa Kalma Exi consists of two levels: An open plan area with a lounge-dining room, a guest WC, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

French doors open onto the front terrace with extra sitting-dining facilities leading out to the pool.

The interior staircase joins the ground floor with the upper level and the loft. The upper level boasts a second double bedroom with a front balcony and side shower room, whilst the loft houses the twin bedroom, separating it from the main sleeping area.

Pool and Terraces

The sunlit pool is located at ground level, accessed via Roman steps and equipped with ample facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out.
