Es ist eine sehr schne Ferienwohnung. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in Kassiopi und die Wohnung war perfekt fr uns. Sie hat einen groen Kchen-/Wohnbereich mit 2 gleich groen Zimmern und groen Schrnken (es ist ja oftmals so, dass das 2. Zimmer ein Kinderzimmer ist). Sie war mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet... Kchenutensilien, Bgeleisen, Fn, Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung lag am Rand von Kassiopi..Bcker, Supermarkt und die ersten Tavernen sind in 2 Minuten fulufig zu erreichen. Ca. 5 Minuten luft man durch kassiopi, um den kleinen schnuckeligen Hafen zu erreichen. In ca 3 Minuten erreicht man den ersten Strand. Es lohnt sich allerdings ca. 15 Minuten zu laufen... Da sind 2 weitere Strnde... Kanoni beach und paralia mpataria... Wirklich traumhaft schn. Die Kastro Kitchen bar liegt oberhalb der Strnde... Ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Kassiopi hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein schnuckeliger Ort. Es war ein rundherum. gelungener Urlaub. (EN: <p>It is a very nice holiday apartment. Bakery, supermarket and the first tavernas are a 2 minute walk away. You walk through Kassiopi for about 5 minutes to reach the small, cute harbor. In about 3 minutes you reach the first beach. It is worth the 15 minute walk though... There are 2 other beaches... Kanoni beach and Paralia Mpataria... Really beautiful. The Kastro Kitchen bar is above the beaches... Also highly recommended. Kassiopi House is in the centre of cosmopolitan Kassiopi, just a few steps from the beach of Kalamionas or the fishing port of the village, with air conditioning, beautiful balconies overlooking the sea and without the need for a car. The house also has access to a nearby family pool, which is also available for four other apartments.

This charming house, which was recently renovated and turned into a holiday property, extends to the first floor of a building, above owner's office and is next to local taverns, bars and other facilities. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay, the use of the neighbouring pool and is spacious enough for a family or group of four people.

Layout

An interior staircase leads from a side street to the apartment's main entrance. The entrance leads onto open space with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two large balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills.

There are two bedrooms, one double and the other twin, which share a modern family bathroom to the left of the living room.

Both the bedrooms are sunny, and they have french doors, which open onto a large side balcony overlooking the main road and the backdrop of the mount.

Shared pool

Kassiopi Home has access to a shared pool, just 50 metres away, shared by four other apartments.

The Location

Kassiopi Home is an ideal rental property for anyone who would like to be close to the beach and at the same time next to the local attractions, without having to travel to implement his daily plan, wasting time and money. In addition, Kassiopi village remains an authentic destination that has something to offer to everyone, with its bustle Harbor, its crystal blue water beaches, or its busy centre, which can be counterbalanced by the tranquillity of a short walk around the rocky headland.

Kassiopi Home is right in the centre of it all, which can only assure an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Location

General Information

Kassiopi is both a village and popular resort on the affluent, reknowned northeast coast of Corfu, 37 km from the Town and the Airport. Historically, a small traditional fishing village, the town itself has evolved with many luxury private villas ATM's, Doctors Surgeries, Internet Cafes and Supermarkets, local Schools and even a Greek Orthodox Church.

Self drive Motorboats, simple and easy to operate, are available daily to weekly, boats with up to 30bhp can be secured with a simple car driving licence. Daily Coach and Boat excursions begin from Kassiopi Harbour and can be booked by local travel agencies running all over the island.

The main road to the North runs through the edge of the town, and a loop takes buses to the village square, approx. 250 yards from the Harbour. There is a local taxi base running 24 hours a day. Both Kassiopi and its surrounding areas are considered very safe at all times of the day, appealing to both couples and families.
Larger Private Villas adorn the hillsides and outskirts of Kassiopi, where simple apartment accommodation can also be found within the town centre.

The resort is lively both day and night and is locally known as the town that never sleeps!
Kassiopi appeals to those looking for life, both nightlife and daytime fun along with those interested in uncovering local history and traditions. Teenagers, families, couples or groups of friends, who are looking for the typical traditional charm of the North East coast, will all be forever content with Kassiopi.

Kalamionas, Bataria, Votana and Avlaki are some of the fabulous nearby beaches, all within walking distance from the village’s centre and pretty Harbour awash with its colourful boats and fishing smacks bobbing upon the crystalline Ionian Sea.
