Katerina House is a tranquil village apartment, located just a few steps away from Kalami popular beach, in the neighbourhood of Kalami Corfu, spacious enough for a family or party of four.

This tranquil two bedrooms apartment offers spectacular balconies with sea-views over Kalami Bay, short proximity to all local facilities and it is not farther than 50 meters from the pebbly beach.

Katerina House is set on the ground level of Zoulis Apartments. It consists of an open plan area with dining table, kitchen with cooker and a small fridge, a family bathroom / wc and two air-conditioned bedrooms.

One of the bedrooms is a double and the second one is a twin. Both the bedrooms have got sea view balconies with the necessary sitting facilities, for those ones who would wish to enjoy their morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.

Katerina House is centrally located in Kalami, it offers all those facilities for a relaxing holiday and it has been considered as the ideal property for any sea lovers , who would wish an early morning or a late evening dip in the crystal Kalami Bay waters without much hassle.

Location

General Information

Kalami is one of Corfu's most picturesque spots of natural beauty. Residing 30km from Corfu Town and is a settlement of Gimari village.
The main beach lies in front of the settlement and it is composed by white shiny pebbles and turquoise waters. Kalami Beach is world-famous at it had inspired the English author Gerald Durrell for his novel "My Family and Other Animals", during his stay in a village home, The White House exists at the right end of the Bay. Also, the beach is popular for its sparkling iridescent sea and organises a wide variety of watersports and activities, boat hire and traditional coastal Tavernas serving a wealth of tasty local specialities, all this with the most beautiful views on the horizon of the mysterious peaks of nearby Albania.
The traditional settlement is surrounded by verdant vegetation and lush green pine forests attracting many visitors, making Kalami an unforgettable jewel of North East Corfu.
Just a short way from the beach, you will find a host of accommodations, an ideal environment for a peaceful and relaxing vacation combined with an ideal destination for nature lovers.

Great stay

Tutto eccellente, la posizione ottima vicinissimo al mare, con ogni servizio necessario a pochissima distanza. we would definitely recommend staying at Katerina

Katerina House apartment is part of a small complex and is in a fabulous location situated less than 50m from the water. The balcony affords lovely views across the beautiful Kalami bay, which is the epitome of peace and tranquillity. We swam every morning straight from the apartment before breakfast - just delightful! There are other beautiful beaches within easy reach and some excellent tavernas within walking distance in Kalami. The apartment itself is basic but represented excellent value for money, considering the extent of high-end rentals in Kalami. Communication with Sofronios was easy and we had plenty of information prior to and during our stay, which was great. Overall we would definitely recommend staying at Katerina or any of the other apartments in the complex.
