Kati Sea View is an attractive and modern one-bedroom apartment, with stunning sea views above the picturesque bay of AGNI. It is located in Gimari - Corfu, in the area of Loustri, about 29 km from the airport, very close (1.0 km) to the beautiful beach of Kalami.
Kati Apt is really spacious for a family with one or two small children who can be accommodated in one air-conditioned bedroom and on the living room sofa. This charming house is a twin with the next door Eros Sea View Apt and can be rented together for a larger family or group.

Layout

The owners live on the ground isolated floor of the house, with their own access way, without interfering or bothering, but always ready for help if needed.
The entrance from the main road opens to an open space with a living room, kitchen, small dining room (ventilated by a ceiling fan), and a front balcony, which offers exceptional views of the sea, the Greek Mainland opposite, and the famous bay of Agni.
To the right of this area is established a spacious modern shower / WC and next to it a twin bedroom with large windows overlooking the sea.

Remarkable Peculiarities

The most attractive part of the house is the magnificent front balcony that faces East, which - apart from the sea views - it offers unsurpassed sunrises or views of the luxury cruisers passing from its doorstep.
Kati Apt is located next to the church of Agia Eleni, centrally in Gimari village and within walking distance of both: Agni (via a small path) and Kalami beach, while the local bus stop is - simply - on the opposite side of the road.

General Information

Kalami is one of Corfu's most picturesque spots of natural beauty. Residing 30km from Corfu Town and is a settlement of Gimari village.
The main beach lies in front of the settlement and it is composed by white shiny pebbles and turquoise waters. Kalami Beach is world-famous at it had inspired the English author Gerald Durrell for his novel "My Family and Other Animals", during his stay in a village home, The White House exists at the right end of the Bay. Also, the beach is popular for its sparkling iridescent sea and organises a wide variety of watersports and activities, boat hire and traditional coastal Tavernas serving a wealth of tasty local specialities, all this with the most beautiful views on the horizon of the mysterious peaks of nearby Albania.
The traditional settlement is surrounded by verdant vegetation and lush green pine forests attracting many visitors, making Kalami an unforgettable jewel of North East Corfu.

pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay (1 week). The location is situated at aprox 13min walk down the hill to Agni beach, which is really nice and has some tavernas and terraces very nice. The way back home would be a little bit challenging if you are not accustomed to climbing slopes :). But we found it as a very good daily workout. After a 7 day stay, we would choose it again!
