We had a wonderful stay at Aria Villas in Latchi and would definitely consider returning next year. The three-bedroom villa was extremely clean when we arrived. The owners clearly take cleanliness very seriously, and Marina explained that they provide a five-star cleaning service, which was certainly reflected inside the villa. Marina was also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is excellent, but for us the highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and swimming pool area. We enjoyed it so much that we spent most of our days at the villa and hardly felt the need to go anywhere else. The area is very peaceful and quiet, the gated community feels safe and secure, and the beach is only about a five-minute walk away. The location really is excellent. There are just a few things that we feel could improve the experience. Check-in is at 4 p.m., which we found a little late, while the 10 a.m. check-out felt quite early. Although the villa itself was exceptionally clean, some of the outdoor garden furniture around the pool could have received a little more attention, as we noticed some spider webs underneath the chairs. The main issue for us was the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was extremely soft and unfortunately made it difficult to get a comfortable nights sleep. Replacing it with a firmer, more supportive mattress would make a significant difference and, in our opinion, greatly improve an already excellent villa. These are relatively small points compared with how much we enjoyed our stay. The villa, garden, pool, peaceful surroundings and location made for a fantastic holiday, and we definitely plan to return next year. Thank you to Marina and the hosts for a lovely stay. We had a great time and look forward to coming back!

The villa's bedrooms offer restful slumber options, with Bedroom 1 on the upper floor featuring a comfortable double bed, Bedroom 2 offering twin beds, and Bedroom 3 providing another snug double bed. For extra flexibility, a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate an additional adult. The property also boasts a delightful garden, your own little oasis.
