Lemon Grove Dio is located just a few meters away from the famous beach of Argaka in Cyprus. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin. The villa offers a beautiful private pool and panoramic views to the sea.

The villa features a stylish pool, nice gardens with roofed terraces for dining al fresco and it is surrounded by lemon, orange and olive trees.

Layout
The house is set in two levels:
The main entrance opens to an open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen,balcony doors leading to the outside terraces and pool, a double bedroom and an adjacent shower room.
An interior staircase lands on the upper level, where a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin one with also en-suite shower room have been nicely set, both with front balconies facing the glittering bay of Chrysochous.
All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and air-conditioning is provided free of charge.
Pool and Gardens
The stylish private pool (4 X 9 m) is located in the middle of the lush gardens, at the front of the villa and it offers all the necessary sunbathing facilities, as well as stunning countryside and amazing sea views.
The easy access to the surrounding beaches and amenities, the stunning views, the quiet of the location and the charming quality of Lemon Grove Dio furnishings can only promise a memorable and relaxing holiday in the tranquil village of Argaka, not far from Polis town and the cosmopolitan Latchi.

General Information

Argaka is situated on the coast, just 7kms north of Polis, NW Cyprus. Famous for its magnificent sunsets and warm hospitality, Argaka is certainly the place to be, where the greek word filoxenia combines both hospitality and stranger!
Argaka is a small traditional Cypriot farming village, built along a ridge with magnificent views of the sea. Its location makes it the ideal place to just sit back and relax taking in the unforgettable scenery.
Dating back hundreds of years, the village is said to exist in medieval times. East of the village lies the restored church of Agia Varva which belonged to the Jerusalem Patriarchate and functioned until 1821.
The settlement of Argaka has two parts. There is Pano Argaka (Upper) and Kato Argaka (Lower). Upper Argaka represents the old settlement while Lower Argaka, which followed the Polis – Pomos – Nicosia road, is the new, linear-type settlement. The houses of the old settlement are mostly traditional, made with hewed limestone or with igneous pebbles. Because of the stream that crosses it (known as the River of Argaka), of the slope upon which it is built, and of the road through which it connects with the new settlement by the sea, the settlement of Argaka can be characterized as a relatively sparsely structured one.
The village features a selection of shops, supermarkets and banks, to satisfy all visitor's needs while on holiday.
Argaka has several dams where fishing may be possible. This part of the island is very fertile and has an abundance of fruit trees including figs, grapes, prickly pears, apples, oranges and lemons.

Magnificent villa

Magnifique villa entourée de citronniers.Comptez environ 1h jusqu'à Paphos, la villa est située dans un endroit très paisible.Villa très propre et bien rangée. Des aliments pour le petit déjeuner nous attendaient dans le frigo.La piscine privée était nettoyée tous les jours par un monsieur très discret. Merci à Maria pour sa sympathie et les cadeaux!Je ne peux que recommander! (EN: Magnificent villa surrounded by lemon trees. It takes about 1 hour to Paphos, the villa is located in a very peaceful location. Very clean and tidy villa. Food for breakfast was waiting for us in the fridge. The private swimming pool was cleaned every day by a very discreet gentleman. Thanks to Maria for her sympathy and the gifts! I can only recommend!)
