Anna was so kind and helpful! We loved watching the sunset every night from the porch outside of our room. The room was very clean and the pool area was beautiful! The breakfast each morning was a nice perk. We were there in late October so everything near this location was either closed or closing for the season, but it seemed like there were tons of places around there that would make it an ideal location over the summer months.
Paraga Beach was initially made known due to hippies’ preference back on 70’s and still remain totally tolerant to nude sunbathing.
The Beach is a combination of two sandy beaches split by a headland, the main beach and Agia Anna Beach.
Paraga is connected with Mykonos Town (Chora) with a regular bus service. There is also the options of a taxi from Platis Gialos close by.
The southern beach is the calmest, while the northern one is fully organised with many tavernas serving freshly caught fish and lively bars to tempt you.
It is considered as one of the loveliest south coast beaches, with fine pale sand, rocks forming natural diving platforms, umbrellas of dried leaves, swish restaurants and trendy beach bars, which create an amazing music atmosphere both day and night.
Around the beach, visitors can find any type of accommodation and also the services of a well-organised camping and a hostel.
Paraga Beach is close to Cavo Paradiso (Paradise Beach, 2.8kms).
