Villa Melissoula is a newly renovated two-storey villa that perfectly blends comfort with outstanding views of the Mediterranean. Just 2.5 kilometers from the beach and Latchi Marina, and with local tavernas within walking distance, this charming home offers the ideal setting for a relaxing island escape.

Inside, Villa Melissoula features bright, welcoming interiors and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor includes a spacious lounge with air-conditioning, cosy sofas, a smart television, and a fireplace, the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all modern conveniences, including a full oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals together.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, a double bedroom that opens out onto the terrace offers easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs and sits next to a modern shower room. Upstairs, there is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and access to a spacious front balcony — ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Outside, the private swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas. Situated in the small village of Neo Chorio, where you will find a local taverna just a few hundred meters away and several more in the villa centre, along with a small supermarket and traditional Church.A short drive takes you to latchi marina, with a plethora of restaurants and bars and a great place for a boat trip to the Blue lagoon. The bustling town of Polis just a little further along the coast has everything you need from a working town, with large supermarkets, banks etc. So everything you need is really close to hand.

absolutely fantastic

The property was absolutely fantastic and the views were amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Everything was very nice, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would love to visit the property again.
