Villa Memi is a charming self-catering bungalow located in a peaceful neighbourhood in the village of Spartia, Kefalonia. Set within a private estate shared with two similar villas, it offers a beautifully maintained garden, a sunny private pool, full air-conditioning, and easy access to local amenities just a 6-minute walk away.

A short private dirt road from the municipal lane leads to the villa’s own parking area. Villa Memi is the middle property along this quiet pathway, ensuring a sense of privacy and seclusion.

The villa is arranged over one level and features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and it can accommodate in comfort a family of 4 persons. Surrounded by lush plants and greenery, the home opens into a welcoming open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned.

The master bedroom is complemented by a twin bedroom, and both share a charming bathroom with shower facilities.

At the front of the villa, a shaded terrace offers a lovely seating area—perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons. A small stone path leads through the garden to the private swimming pool (4.50m x 2.50m) with Roman steps, surrounded by a paved sun terrace ideal for lounging and enjoying the warm local climate.

At the side of the garden, guests will find a built-in BBQ and a wooden table with also wooden seating—an inviting spot for cooking and dining outdoors beneath the starry Kefalonian sky.

a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience at Villa Memi. The villa was well-equipped; it had everything we needed and much more. It was spotlessly clean. When we had questions, we could easily communicate through the app, and the friendly owner stopped by when the electricity went down (but that was a problem with the area, not the house).

We had a great stay

We had a great stay at Villa Memi, it was very well maintained throughout our whole stay and had everything you needed. The host was very friendly, it was good value for money and I would definitely recommend!
