Novo Amanha is an impressive villa with plenty of space for a large group. The layout over three floors worked very well for us, giving everyone privacy while still having great communal areas. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights, especially in the evenings. The games room with snooker and table tennis kept everyone entertained. The views over the countryside at sunset were stunning, and the villa felt very private and peaceful. A fantastic stay.

Nestled in the quiet village of Estoi, just a short drive from Faro Airport, Novo Amanha is a beautifully presented three-storey villa that captures the essence of laid-back Algarve living. Surrounded by large private gardens and offering generous indoor space, it’s an ideal retreat for families or friends, sleeping up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms.

The focal point of the property is its 10x5m private swimming pool (can be heated for extra fee) framed by a spacious terrace with loungers, umbrellas ideal to forget the world for a while and truly unwind. The shaded outdoor dining areas and BBQ is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset meal with countryside views as the backdrop.

Inside, the villa offers a bright and airy lounge with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and comfortable sofas, there is a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area ideal for easy self-catering.

Novo Amanha is also designed with entertainment in mind, featuring a jacuzzi, table tennis, and a snooker table for guests to enjoy. Take a morning dip in the large pool (which can be heated at a additional cost) or just relax in the sunshine with a good book in the lush gardens that provide a peaceful sense of seclusion.

Perfect for a getaway

Excellent villa with lots of space, great facilities, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and garden were beautifully maintained. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and well equipped

A very comfortable villa with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor terraces were great for meals. Quiet location with lovely countryside views.
