Oceana is an exceptional luxury villa set within the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort, located in the exclusive Aeneas Grand Villas. This four-bedroom, four-bathroom property offers uninterrupted panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea and has been finished to an outstanding standard, with no expense spared to create a truly indulgent Cyprus retreat.

The main living area is beautifully furnished with plush seating, a fireplace, and a dining area seating ten. French doors open onto the terrace, framing the impressive sea views. The luxury kitchen is equally impressive, featuring carved cabinetry, marble worktops, and a full range of modern appliances.

On the ground floor, there is a guest WC and a double bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace, complete with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony with sea views, and a luxurious granite-tiled en-suite with twin basins, a bath, and a separate shower. Two further bedrooms—one double and one twin—each benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms.

The lower ground floor includes a utility room with laundry facilities for added convenience.

Outside, the villa’s expansive terrace has been designed to make the most of the stunning surroundings. An outdoor kitchen with bar, barbecue, shaded dining area, and comfortable seating surrounds the 10m *heated infinity pool, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertaining while enjoying the panoramic sea views.

The villa is within easy reach of Aphrodite Hills Village Square, offering a selection of restaurants, a supermarket, a café, and access to the resort’s renowned golf course, spa, and sports centre. The historic town of Paphos is approximately 20km away, providing beautiful coastal scenery, cultural attractions, and vibrant nightlife.
