Perched at the top of a peaceful hillside in the Chanioti area of Halkidiki, Villa Olive Grove Panorama No. 5 is part of a small complex of five exclusive villas. Villa No. 5 is located on the left-hand side of the complex and is accessed via a private shortcut above the main road. The main entrance opens to the ground floor, which includes a stylish, compact kitchen with a dining area, an adjacent sitting room, and a family shower room.

Large patio doors lead out to a spacious veranda and a beautifully kept garden, where the private swimming pool (4.00 x 7.50 m) appears to extend toward the sea. The panoramic view from both the living area and the garden is breathtaking, stretching across the Aegean to the horizon and over the vibrant resort below.

An internal staircase connects all levels of the villa.

The lower level (basement) features a double bedroom with access to a rear small atrium, a twin bedroom with built-in single beds opening to a second small atrium, and a shared shower room.

The upper level, designed in maisonette style, hosts a double bedroom with an interior opening overlooking the living area, a family shower room, and a master bedroom with a private balcony offering uninterrupted sea views across the bay.
