Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, das durchdacht eingerichtet und perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ist. Die ruhige, abgelegene Lage sorgt für absolute Privatsphäre und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Wer Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war durchweg exzellent. Bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen waren sie jederzeit gut erreichbar und haben innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der regelmäßige Reinigungsservice, der stets für Sauberkeit sorgte und uns immer mit frischen Handtüchern versorgte. Das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch empfehlenswert, da das Haus etwas abseits liegt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten gut erreichbar.Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort, um abzuschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. A rental car is recommended, however, as the house is a bit out of the way. Restaurants and shops are easily accessible by car in around 10 minutes. Location

General Information

Roda is a small fishing village, located 38 kilometres from Corfu town ( Kerkyra ), on the north western part of the island.
Roda has one of the longest sandy beaches, ( it stretches up to 4 kilometres alongside the length of the village ) with safe for children shallow waters and fine sand.
Some of the traditional Corfiot buildings, in conjunction with open sea's blue waters, the amazing coastal mountain range of Albania right opposite and Mount Pantokrator slopes at the back, with the amazing sceneries, are giving Roda a unique quality.

Roda on its own, is an ideal destination for all the ages.
Trails amongst the virgin nature or horse riding are really popular to visitors, as well as the water sport school by the water front.
Various car hire - boats hire and travel offices are dotted around the village, giving visitor the chance to explore the island on a different way.

Again, on the beach, it is hassle free to hire a boat or book on an organized cruise, to visit other coastal resorts. Mini go-karts are available for a unique experience or little customers' fun.

Roda, even though a small place, offers everything you wish for on your holiday, further to the above. Organized pools, all type of shops, super markets, restaurants, tavernas and bars, which can cover any taste.

We had an excellent stay in the villa Olivista

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Olivista de Nymphes La maison est neuve, propre avec toutes les commodites dont le wifi La vie est imprenable sur la mer à droite et le coucher de soleil de la terrasse Seul point neutre: l’eau de la piscine était vraiment trop froide pour s’y baigner (EN: We had an excellent stay in the villa Olivista de Nymphes The house is new, clean with all the amenities including wifi The life is breathtaking on the sea to the right and the sunset from the terrace Only neutral point: the water of the pool was really too cold to swim in)

Je recommande ce logement pour l’emplacement calme et paisible, la propreté du logement et la vue ??. Vous avez tout l’équipement nécessaire aux normes européennes mais surtout Sofronios et Nick ont été très aimables. Allez y les yeux fermés! (EN:I recommend this accommodation for the quiet and peaceful location, the cleanliness of the accommodation and the view. You have all the necessary equipment to European standards but above all Sofronios and Nick were very friendly. Go there with your eyes closed!)
