The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with an en suite shower room, offering both privacy and convenience. The bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, creating a practical and inviting space for relaxing and socialising.

Upstairs, the villa features an additional double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share a modern bathroom. Both first-floor bedrooms enjoy access to a balcony with views out towards the golf course.

Outside, the private terrace is perfect for enjoying the warm Cypriot climate. Sunbeds and parasols create an ideal chill-out area, while the private *heated pool offers a refreshing way to cool off. A BBQ is also provided, making outdoor dining and entertaining easy and enjoyable.

Located within easy reach of Aphrodite Hills Village Square, guests have access to a variety of restaurants, including a pizza restaurant, a traditional taverna, and a pub showing live sports, as well as a relaxed beer garden. The resort’s excellent facilities, including the golf course, spa, and sports centre, are all just a short walk away. Those wishing to explore further will find the nearest beach at Aphrodite baths 3.6km away, while the lively town of Paphos is only 20km away, offering beautiful coastal scenery, historic landmarks, and vibrant nightlife.
