Petra House Ena is a modernly designed maisonette type apartment sharing a pool, set on two levels and spacious for a family or party of six persons.

It is in a quiet location in the middle of Corfu island, near the village of Ano Korakiana and the cosmopolitan resort of Ipsos, with beautiful outdoor areas and views of the unspoilt countryside, away from it all.

The front staircase lands on a small balcony and the main entrance, leading to a charming open-plan space with a beautiful terrace and views of the countryside and the traditional village of Ano Korakiana at the top of the hill.

This space consists of a fully furnished kitchen, dining and living room, one double and one twin bedroom, and a spacious family shower / WC.

A wooden staircase lands on the upper level, consisting of an Attic double bedroom (there is a possibility of adding another single bed with extra charge in this space), with sunny windows and views of the surrounding countryside.

Petra House Ena is independent; it has a back door opening onto the garden and the BBQ area, with outside facilities for dining al fresco or relaxing sunbath. Occupants private parking space is available at the front of the property.

Air-conditioning

It is worth mentioning that only the living room area and the attic bedroom have air conditioning.

BONUS TIP: Washing machine

The property offers the convenience of a communal washing machine located in an outdoor locker and is available to occupants upon request.

Villa Petra

Petra House Ena is one of the four apartments making Villa Petra. Each apartment (owners are discreetly living in the basement) is independent, with its entrance, accessible facilities and private balconies or terraces.
