Description

Sand Dune is a charming and spacious three-bedroom villa located within the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort, offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Set within generous grounds, the villa features a large private swimming pool , beautifully established gardens, and a covered dining terrace—making it ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends.

All living areas are arranged on one level and provide bright, open-plan living. The modern lounge is light and welcoming, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an island, offers everything needed for a fantastic self-catering holiday. Dining facilities are located within the same open space, and numerous French doors lead out to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms. The inviting master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and two sets of French doors opening directly onto the terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are twins and are served by a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Outside, the impressive 11m x 4m swimming pool takes centre stage. Relax on one of the sunbeds or enjoy a refreshing dip, while the shaded terrace, complete with dining furniture and a gas BBQ, makes al fresco dining a true pleasure.

The villa is located just a short drive from Aphrodite Hills Village Square, where guests can enjoy a variety of restaurants including a pizza restaurant, traditional taverna, and a pub showing live sports, as well as a relaxed beer garden. The renowned golf course, clubhouse, luxury spa, and tennis academy are also conveniently close by.
