The interior is open and practical, with the living, dining, and kitchen areas arranged in a single flowing space that makes spending time together effortless. Natural light fills the rooms, creating a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. Each of the three bedrooms 2 doubles and a twin -benefits from its own bathroom, two en suite, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space throughout the stay.

Outside, the terrace provides plenty of room to relax, the 10x5m *pool is the perfect spot to cool off from the Cypriot sunshine. The shaded dining terrace with sink and BBQ are great for sharing meals outdoors in peaceful surroundings alternatively relax on the sofa and catch up on your latest book.

The villa is located around 3km from the Aphrodite Hills Village Square, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and access to the resort’s golf course, spa, and sports facilities. The historic town of Paphos is approximately 25km away and offers a lively mix of cultural attractions, a picturesque harbour, and coastal walks.

Sandstone offers a flexible base for both laid-back breaks and more active holidays, making it an excellent option for enjoying the best of Cyprus.

*Pool heating available at an additional cost of 65 euro per day, only during the following periods- mid March to end May and start September to mid December.
