Villa Sunny Dio is a bungalow-style villa with a private pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near the village of Hanioti. Nestled on a hillside overlooking the Toroneos Gulf, in a lush, green and peaceful environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can relax for hours watching the bright blue sky blend perfectly with the iridescent blue sea below.

Layout

The entrance, located at the back of the complex, opens into a bright open-plan space featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room includes a corner sofa that can be converted into a bed, and a family WC with a washing machine is conveniently located on this level as well.

Next to the entrance, a marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which comprises a modern shower room and a master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool and offering sea views.

A second wooden staircase leads to the attic, which contains two single beds and a small window overlooking the rear of the complex. All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Pool and Garden

From the living room, patio doors open onto a private garden and the swimming pool with a children’s section, and charming sea views.

The sparkling pool is accessible via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all the amenities for sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink or snack at the nearby outdoor dining area.

The location

Villa Sunny Dio is a modern bungalow-style accommodation close to a sandy beach in a very well-organised complex, with additional indoor pool facilities if needed. The villa staff are happy to make your holiday enjoyable and memorable. It is worth a try!
