Villa Sunny Epta is a premium holiday Villa, with a private pool, within the Sunny Villas Resort and Spa Complex, located on the most popular peninsula of Halkidiki, near Hanioti village. Nestling on the slope of a hill overlooking Toroneos Bay in a green, verdant and tranquil environment, secluded but close to the local beach and all amenities. It offers magnificent views, where you can idle hours away watching the vivid blue sky mingling perfectly with the iridescent blue sea.

Layout

Villa Sunny Epta features a small private garden with a pool; it is air-conditioned and accommodates 4 to 5 guests in one double bedroom and a twin. The main bedroom is set on the middle floor and boasts an en-suite shower; the second is a twin bedroom in the loft.

The charming kitchen is fully equipped and is next to the contemporarily designed living room, boasting a decorative fireplace and a sofa that converts into a single bed.

The three levels are joined via an interior staircase, enjoying stunning open sea views.

Pool and gardens
The sparkling pool is accessed via 2-3 steps and is equipped with all facilities for sunbathing or just chilling out with a drink or bite to eat in the nearby external dining space.

We enjoyed it every day

We rented a villa for the whole family. Having our own pool was the best part. We enjoyed it every day. Very easy to reach the beach, about 5 min by car or 15-20 min on foot. I don't recommend walking though, because of the steep slope you have to climb back up, since the villas are on a hill above the town. There's a good quality store right at the bottom of the hill, good restaurants both in Hanioti and in the neighboring towns, and many beautiful beaches in the area.

Beautiful accommodation

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Unglaublich ruhige Lage. Und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum.Es war sehr grün und hatte eine tolle Aussicht. man war doch schnell im Zentrum. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Jeden Tag kamen Mitarbeiter die den rasen und den pool gereinigt haben. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Uns hat besonders die Ruhe dort gefallen! Danke an das Team, diese waren jederzeit erreichbar wenn man etwas gebraucht hat.Immer wieder gerne!Danke (EN: Beautiful accommodation and an incredibly quiet location. Yet you can still get to the center quickly. It was very green and had a great view. The house was very clean. Staff came every day to clean the lawn and the pool. Great attention to detail. We especially loved the peace and quiet! Thank you to the team, they were always available if we needed anything. We would love to come back again! Thank you)
